Employees and manager Very rude. This was my first time at this store. Store number #4351-0. I asked to use the restroom which states paying customers ONLY. The manager rudely told me to go to another store if I need to use the restroom. The cashier proceeds to tell me that they have been robbed. A situation that has nothing to do with me. I am a loyal patron of subway, I have never been treated this poorly. I demand that these employees change their outlook on the community in which they are serving. It’s not fair to hard working people in the area to be forced to experience this type of treatment from a company which we look to for higher quality of customer service. I am not sure of the employees name but I am sure to not ever go back to this location to patronize this establishment.

I placed an online order through the Subway app, expecting to pick it up well within their business hours which was 8:50. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed down a hour and an half early without any notice! Now, I have to wait until the morning to contact the restaurant and go through the hassle of getting a refund through the store. This was a major inconvenience, and I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. They stole my money and the food I was trying to provide for my family.

The sandwich was decent but the customer service is the worst. Thry lady has a SMART talk back mouth and i promise you i was kind. I promised myself the last time was it. The tea machine looked dirty and alk the cookies were burnt smh. I put that on everythanggg this time. They false advertising on the avocado and then say it’s not their fault. Who works there. Then they don’t even know what goes on the sandwiches. You had to holler for the one lady to hear you and she seemed aggravated. Even their own people walked out without ordering. I blame us for them still being open. We ket anybody feed us with an attitude. Pitiful last round.

This location is horrible. The 1st time I came, a few months ago, I had to have the lady change gloves TWICE! Once after handling the previous customers cash, and then she touched her face mask with the new pair she put on. Today the lady was diligent about glove/mask hygiene but look at this skimpy sandwich!! I ordered a veggie delight and there’s NOTHING “delightful” about it. 4 slices of cucumber 3 slices of cheese and 3 slices of tomato on a footlong!! I understand there’s no meat but my sandwich should still be just as full with the remaining ingredients!

Avoid at all cost. I’ve ordered from this location twice, both times for delivery via Uber. They cannot follow directions and simply just add whatever they want to the order. My order is simple, a meatball sub, toasted. What have I got both times? a meatball sub (on bread I didn’t want) with olives…. Nowhere in my order were olives mentioned, yet they ended up on my sandwich. Want to call them and see what the issue is? Well the number is disconnected. This store is only open due to it’s location, there is no other redeeming quality.

Their app doesn’t have a place to request help for your order. When the store screws up or when the app screws up. I placed the order paid for it. Drove to get it. And the people inside told me that my order never came through even though I’m showing in the app that says that my order is ready. And I also showed them where the order was paid for. Still I’m sitting out here with no food and my funds tied up until whenever. For God’s sake, do not use the subway app. My first time having an issue with it and it’s the worst!
