I placed an online order with this subway for four foot long subs; two on Italian herb & cheese bread, one on Italian white bread, and one on whole grain. I also placed instructions for mayo, mustard, peppers, & cucumbers on the side. They made all of my sandwiches wrong, all on white bread. When I picked them up, I was told that I didn’t have any special instructions when they were clearly on the receipt. I should’ve known to check my sandwiches before leaving but I didn’t. I called the store to speak with a manager. A young lady answered (who clearly was not the manager that I asked for). She was no help and wanted me to bring the sandwiches back because she didn’t believe me but I told her I lived too far to come back for them to remake them today and I was hungry. I asked her once I brought them back what were they going to do with them, re-serve them to someone else? Long story short, they messed up my four foot long subs and did not offer an apology or valid solution for their screwups!

Sometimes they seemingly don’t notice uber orders until you go in and ask for the order and you have to wait till they make it. Which isn’t worth it if the tip is low. Helps if you can walk in pick it up and go. To their credit sometimes you can others times have to wait

This was my first visit to this location. I was a fatty and got a footlong BLT, 3 cookies, a bag of chips, and a drink. The lady behind the counter was really pleasant. The store was very clean.

Was in the store today a lady working there was very short and not friendly at all. She was a older lady wearing a knee brace. She was complaining about having to come into work and complaining about her knee. Besides her the service has always been perfect and the food fresh and very good. The other ladies young and older are always nice. This lady I’m speaking of is the only problem I have had.

I used to enjoy visiting this Subway, but unfortunately, the customer service has significantly declined. During my visit this evening 5/27, my brother encountered a staff member named LeAnn who was extremely rude and dismissive. He greeted her multiple times upon entering the restaurant, but she did not acknowledge him once. I was on FaceTime with him as he attempted to place our order, and her sarcastic tone and lack of professionalism were clearly apparent.
My brother ultimately chose not to order because he did not feel comfortable having her prepare his food. I later went in to request the manager’s contact information and addressed the situation directly. I explained that her treatment of my brother was unwelcoming and unacceptable. Instead of listening respectfully, she simply nodded dismissively. When I mentioned that I’ve worked in customer service for over 16 years and understand the challenges of the job, she responded by saying she has three jobs. I explained, it does not excuse poor customer service. Respectful, courteous service should always be the standard—regardless of personal circumstances. I am extremely disappointed.

Esther was the most amazing lady that I met today. I’ve been wanting subway for over a year or more but couldn’t find one that I was pleased with until today. Esther’s hospitality and service was top tier. I feel delighted that I can now have my subway. If she’s not there, then I’ll wait until she’s back on schedule. Thanks again Esther for your warm welcome and bright smile.

I have been in three times in one week and they had only WHITE or GHOST PEPPER BREAD!!!! DO BETTER…..also the gentlemen who fixed my sandwich literally on a footlong put 5 slices of roast beef on it mostly bread like a solid 3 inches literally had no meat… this subway in the Plaza used to be so good now it just sucks!

3/4/23 I went into the store Ester greeted me with a friendly voice saying good morning as she prepared the bread. Her co worker was in the back being a slacker not helping her. She quickly stopped what she was doing and started to make my sandwich. She was the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at this subway. She deserve to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to the job!

I can’t give it a zero star the service was terrible, I ordered double meat and got a half of scoop extra meat and paid $16.89 for a subway sandwich!! The employees were extremely RUDE and had zero respect for the customers! The place was absolutely filthy for a place that serves food!! They really need to do better training their employees and teach them about customer service! I’ll never go to a subway again!!
