Don’t even bother. Here is my 6 inch Philly steak. the Staff who work there (Saturday 5:30 ) need training. Showed them my phone with a barcode to scan from the app so I could redeem my coupon…worker told me to put my number in instead on the credit card key pad. Charges me and my sandwich rang up full price and my coupon did not reflect. Cashier hands me the recipe but not the itemized recipe with the prices. I said excuse me this is store copy may I have my receipt with the prices …oh he said he know exactly what he was doing because he know coupon didn’t come off. I tell the girl who I showed I had a bar code and she said oh we can’t refund etc etc. so I loose out because insufficient training. They do not know how to run this subway alone. Who is the manager? Customer looses out on money because two people who work there do not know there job. Not surprised though.

Went in just after 8pm tonight. Stood at the counter as the lone customer in line for about 5 minutes before i was even acknowledged. When ordering, lady at the counter told me they only had two types of bread and two types of cheeses. Told me they had provolone and pepper jack so i said provolone was fine. She gave attitude back stating “we don’t have provolone, i told you that.” I apologize for the mishap. She then proceeded to make the another customers two sandwiches before continuing with mine. She asked which veggies i wanted, i told her and then she wrapped up the sandwich. I asked for Mayo on the sandwich she then made sure to cash me out first and then opened up my sandwich and drench the sandwich with 3-4 layers of mayo. I went over to the trash and had to use a napkin to remove the disgusting amount of mayo. Horrible service and experience.

Not good I can explained but that’s too much but the making thing they count onion they count every thing and other they don’t have tuna you have to learn from other subway’s this subway is very different from others 0 star….

I walked in the sun is still out and it’s 4:30…..I walked in and nobody at the cash register. I see a DoorDash order that was completed. The girl in the back screams closed and nothing else. I looked online and it states it’s open til 9..all I wanted was a sub ❤️‍ I didn’t need a rude response or poor customer service. I don’t even do reviews and this def deserved one smh

We here we coming from florida drive to new york and we do a quil stop to eat but its 8:45 we arrive at 8:30 and the only person working there dnt say hellow when we arrive she say She said she was preparing an online order and couldn’t serve us until she finished, which by the way we felt like it took longer than usual on purpose, we had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to at least start serving me for the order and after all that time we ordered a chicken sandwich to tell us that they didn’t have chicken that they had run out, it has truly been the worst experience if you are traveling and want to stop quickly eat and continue on your way in peace this is not the place and when you see this employee, even less know that they will not give you good service and will start telling you that what you want is not available, it was truly a pleasant experience for me

Was just in there. The worker was very rude. So rude I walked out.
Someone needs to train her in hospitality.
If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should look for another one.
