Worst subway I have ever been to. The staff was highly unprofessional and rude. They could not pull the slices of cheese. The packing was so bad that it messed up all sandwiches. The vegetables did not look fresh.

Not busy at 3pm on a Monday afternoon. We were the only customers in the store. Enjoyed a tuna salad sandwich and some chips. Non-paying “customers” entered the store who did not order, but wanted to use the rest room. Manager asked them to leave. Restrooms were for customers only!

I normally don’t write a review but the black lady who was working last night gave us a horrible experience. When we got there, they were most likely smoking. We passed it off and decided to order after we got in.we waited for about 5 minutes until a person got in and got behind the counter. We waited another 3 minutes until WE decided to tell her what type of bread we wanted she literally just opened the door to the bread and practically forgot all that we said and asked us what bread we want again . She was also doing this with a very big attitude . After we told her what bread we wanted , she threw the bread on the counter and stood silent again. we upright decided to leave and told her “thank you but we won’t order because of your attitude ” I also forgot to mention she grabbed the bread without washing her hands or putting on gloves after smoking . Overall , our experience here was horrible.

The black woman with the orange-ish hair is unbelievably rude!!! I came in at 8 pm on a Saturday night 12/21 and they’re open until 10. A male employee is pleasantly waiting on two gentlemen in front of me. The female employee is doing a horrible job of sweeping the floor and has a pile of debris right in front of the entryway. She snapped at me when I walked in the door to “watch where I’m walking.” I politely say “oh excuse me” and I step around the pile. I can’t imagine why she was sweeping it directly in front of the entryway, but moving on…the other two guys seem to be taking a while so I decide to use the restroom. I walk towards the restroom and I’m just about to put my hand on the door and she turns and snarls at me and says “the ladies room is out of order.” So I’m like OK so I get back in line to wait for my sandwich. Meanwhile, the guy making sandwiches appears to be very nice. The restaurant overall seemed very dirty and the glass case that is supposed to go over the meat and cheeses is completely missing. Then this lady continues sweeping, and the two guys that are having their sandwich sandwiches made. She just looked at them and rudely tells them to “move.”She’s trying to sweep. Keep in mind the second guy was still having a sandwich made standing at the vegetable area when she rudely tells him “MOVE!” Then the guy cashes out the two people in front of me and I tell him what kind of sandwich I want and she’s about 6 feet away and says “we don’t have it.” Then he apologizes and asked if there’s anything else he can get for me. He proceeds to make me a different sandwich, which is fine. Then she starts telling him that he has to tell everybody there’s no eating in the lobby here. Everybody can just take their stuff home because she’s not cleaning up after people. So then he looks at me and tells me I’m sorry you can’t eat here. You have to take it to go. Now I’ve been sitting here for about 15 minutes in my truck eating my sandwich watching this guy wait on at least 10 other people well she just walks back back-and-forth and does nothing. They need to fire this worthless lady. Because she’s giving the Subway a bad name and they need to get somebody in here that’s going to clean this place up too. It’s ridiculous.

Positives: The workers were friendly.
Negatives:
Just before 6:30pm, but the bread I asked for was out (and when he did tell me the options he mumbled and spoke quickly so I had to ask him to repeat it twice), the tuna was not made (which he did), spinach was missing (and it was suggested I skip what he could get, bc the fridge wasn’t working properly.) I also wanted a cookie, but they were out of that option. The drink dispenser was out, and the other was leaking onto the floor.
Tables and floor were dirty, men’s restroom was missing the toilet seat, and it was a long wait to be served.
Definitely skpping here, if we come through again.

We entered this store to take a break from I-95 traffic south to Florida. The store was extremely busy. Only two people were working at 6:30 pm. The manager, Shakira (sp.), was awesome! She delivered first-rate customer service the entire time. At one point, there were 17 customers in the store. She kept everyone informed of what was going on as she made sandwiches, sliced cheese, pepperoni, salami, baked bread, and worked around a flood in the bathrooms. Her demeanor kept everyone from losing their cool! The food was great! Everything was fresh. She needs to be commended for her attitude and personal skills. She is definitely the right choice for manager at this store. Thank you for making our meal on the road enjoyable!

I’ve never stepped into a more disgusting Subway in my life. The veggies weren’t fresh at all. In fact, very slimy. The bathroom might have bee the worst of it all. The service was terrible. Subway should be held to a standard and this is one not it. Don’t waste your time or money here

I gave one star because I couldn’t give 0 star but wanted enlighten subway that you have to do better with staff. I was there today, the staff was very rude, nasty and so unprofessional. Granted I understand things in SC is a lot harder than a lot of places but there’s no excuse for her behavior. I moved from NJ and took a 12 dollar pay but I wasn’t raised by wolves so that being said I could never treat the next human being in such manner. She was sad
