This subway sucks! I won’t ever give them my money ever again. Says online and on the door at the business that they close @10pm! @ approximately 9:30pm the doors to the business was closed! Lady that works there pointed and yelled drive thru only. No where does it state the drivethrough will only be open to customers @9:30pm! Whatever, go through the drive thru and order, lady makes my order before I even pay, which sucked because my wife mentioned to me on phone that she didn’t want a certain vegetable on her sandwich so I couldn’t change the order as the lady had the window closed and ignored me as I honked and yelled over and over for her attention, then when she brings me my sandwich’s and has me pay I mention to her I needed to change my order but you never took my payment before you made my sandwich and I tried to get your attention at the window with no luck, can you please change the sandwich or make another sandwich and I’ll pay for both! The lady refused to make another sandwich even tho I offered to pay for another one and she refused to take off the veggie on the sandwich that my wife doesn’t like! She said I can’t make anymore sandwiches we just closed! It was 9:51pm and wasn’t 10pm yet and she said we are closed and I said you don’t close for another 10 minutes! She said we already made you a sandwich when we weren’t supposed to take anymore orders as we close at 9:30pm! I mentioned it says online 10pm and the doors to the business says 10pm she said well my manager said we close at 9:30 so that’s what we do we close @9:30! So be very aware when you go to this particular subway that they close @9:30 not 10pm! They need to change the times online and on the front door if that’s the case! Terrible customer service! It was a freaking joke!!

Most visits have been pretty decent, but this last order is a disgrace. I don’t even want to go back. I had to squint to find the meat on my sandwich. There is normally four or five times as much. Whose old Aunt is in the store spreading meat on with a knife??

We were driving through on a long road trip and stopped to eat. We overheard a manager bragging about the small amount of fillings she puts in sandwiches. We’ll, she wasn’t kidding. ONE VERY THIN SLICE of roast beef on the thinnest most crappy sandwich I’ve EVER had from any Subway. You guys are terrible and your manager has a really big mouth! Very crappy service.

Ok so I went to Subway today and I am huge fan but today I wanted to try something different…I ordered a PIZZA right…the ones they had was not unthawed so the man suggested to use Flat bread…ok cool…so we put the marinara on the flat bread…then covered it in cheese…then remembered this is a pizza…the toppings is only on one side of the pizza(first of all) then puts it in the oven just enough to melt the cheese…literally …this is not a PIZZA then he FOLDS THE PIZZA…bro I could have got a sub ‍♀️ I am highly disappointed plz comprehend what I ask for

Worst Subway ever! There were multiple health code violations. The employees and the manager never changed their gloves. They would touch non food surfaces then touch the food. One employee refilled the lettuce bin without switching the bin out. How can you track old lettuce from the new? This Subway is definitely at risk of getting the public sick.

Made an online order and was told it’d been 20 minutes wait (which is fine) and it ended up being a hour for some of the driest sandwiches. None of the sandwiches had any of the sauces chosen. Waste of money and time.

We ordered online with coupons, charged fully, and the order never went through. Went into the store with the bank charge and was told that we couldn’t have our order fulfilled by management that wasn’t even on site. The lady who tried to help us was off the clock and did everything that she could to help and was as sweetest as could be, but the man behind the counter was rude and scoffed the entire time as we tried to explain what happened and showed proof of the charge and what had happened to us.
Management said that we would have to ‘fight with the card company’ to get our money back and also when we said we would just order again at the physical store, would not honor what we paid with coupons and cash back applied online.
This whole experience, except for the sweet lady who tried to help us, was awful and has turned us from subway again anytime in the future. Get your business together.

Brown lettuce, soggy spinach, stingy with everything, online orders always made wrong. The service sucks and they frequently take money for things they don’t even have in stock and then refuse to refund. Worst Subway ever!
