I just had an awesome experience with their sandwich maker, spent $20 on a foot long and additional items. I sat and began to eat and just politely asked for some napkins. The lady next to the woman who helped me said I missed them at the front. I politely let her know that they were empty and so did another employee coming in for his shift. The additional employee (not my sandwich maker) told me to use the bathroom at the top of her lungs. I just asked for a napkin from the establishment I was eating at, she didn’t need to yell at me to use toilet paper from the bathroom.

There was a new guy trying to take our order.And was doing the best it could. And then there was african American lady on the phone for and enter kids Not even helping this guy. I was telling him to do two subs At a time. And I told her he might need some help.. He was doing the best he could. But she was not helping him at all. There were containers that didn’t have food in them. And she’s standing there yelling at her kids in front of the customers.. That’s not very professional.!!!

The manager at this location is so disrespectful and rude. She says you can’t choose which cheese you want on your sub & you can’t toast the sub. She told my mom that she doesn’t care who previously did it bc “they’re not the manager, she is.” We decided to leave without our food each time she’s treated us this way. This is her attitude EVERY TIME we’ve tried to order from here. She should have a customer service position at all, let alone be the manager.

What a great job of this store in covering a service for 20 people starting with Sonia and Killie (sorry if your name is not spelled like that) they were so kind I placed the order online and then I went to the store and they took every detail of the order, all the lunch boxes with their label identifying the menu they contained and not to mention shipping! Absolutely incredible, they arrived 25 minutes earlier than agreed and you have the facility of being able to follow the route in almost real time. EzCarter is excellent as well. Good job to all the guys!

The ladies working were very unprofessional and somewhat rude. I ask for meatball sub and the lady ask what I needed on it I said peppers and She put lettuce on my sub no peppers available and they acted like I was bothering them instead of them helping me. I will never let these ladies fix my food again.
UPDATE: I visited Subway this evening 8/17/2024 the Guy behind the counter was real nice, friendly and helpful always smiling and thanked us for letting him serve us. Please Subway give kudos to this gentleman He is what all employees should aspire to.

Service was below par.
One girl today had a severe attitude, towards co-workers and customers. She was also checking her phone with her gloves on and then serving food. I seen this after getting our food.
I think they should also wear hair nets and put new gloves on after checking their phone or anything else they do other than handle food.

I walked in the store with two other people. One of them started ordering his food. I stopped to get some money out of the ATM. When I walked back over to the ordering area the sandwich artist just finished ringing up my friend. Then went to do something in the back and ignored me all together. After several minutes she came out and started breaking down the front line. I asked her if I could get a sandwich and she said she was closed. Even though I was there before she closed she wouldn’t make me a sandwich then was rude about it. I will definitely not be back there any time soon unless it’s to talk to a manager about this situation.
