Trust the reviews…I ordered before lunch and …walked in and greeted the employees with a smile and hello. Said thank you all that without even a hello back. Customer service skills arent there at all. But we are here for the sub right…. never again. Not only did they not make my sub correct but it tasted so dry and yuck (tuna) . Asked for it toasted…was not…asked for american cheese…got shredded mixed cheese… asked for no tomato…they were added..no big deal… the tuna is absolutely gross and dry….I even added mayo at home and it was like it was dry and old.. do not plan to ever order from here again.

Ordered a salad from doordash that included spinach, EXTRA cheese, 3 different dressings and some other odd items. Got the salad, it was in a tiny bowl (not the normal square salad bowls. more of a side salad!) the lettuce was brown, had maybe a pinch of spinach in it, absolutely no cheese, maybe 3 pieces of chicken and no dressing. Thank goodness we had some at work Tried calling up there to get it straightened out as I work until 6pm but got no answer any of the 3 times I tried. Completely unacceptable. I can understand a little mess up but this “salad” was absolutely pitiful & most definitely wasn’t worth what I paid.

I was shocked when I received my order today. The cashier pushed my sub towards me instead of giving it to me, and that’s just the beginning. I don’t think my sub is supposed to look like this…

I haven’t been to Subway in years. This is why I go to Jersey Mike’s because they are 100% better. I got some coupon coupons in the mail and went to this location. I had a very hard time they wouldn’t honor the coupons. but I asked her to talk to a manager and they did and they accepted the coupon I asked the extra onions they gave me three little peices of onions I told him I would pay for more onions. They said no that won’t be necessary. They gave me two little pieces of onions. The bread was stale. The meat was cold. The tomatoes were mushy. I would never go back here again. Disgusting Jersey Mike’s is the way to go.

Waited for a hour to get my subs that I had already paid for through an online order, they made one of my subs which sat there for 25 minutes before starting my other two subs because they were taking everyone who walked in over my paid order. The staff seemed very untrained and lost.

I placed an online order on Saturday, September 6th for a Footlong #99 Home Run Ham. I picked up my sub at the drive in window and brought it home. When I opened the bag, the bread on the sub had to be at least one day old. It was so hard it crumbled as I touch the sub. I immediately tried calling the store back with no answer and the mailbox full. No doubt I will never visit that store again.

Do not go here! They will mess the order up and then think it’s funny. Don’t waste your time or money. I called for an hour trying to get someone on the phone to give them a chance to correct it and everyone I spoke to was rude and condescending. Won’t be back. Thanks

Normally wouldn’t write reviews on big chains because what’s it gonna do but I just have to say I called in an order went to go pick it up. Waited at the window for about 15 minutes no one ever came so I’ll go inside. Ask them about the order and they said we have to make it. This was 35 minutes after placing the order, neither to say I got a refund with no apology or have a nice day. Definitely won’t be going back here anymore.
