go into the subway and start to order and got told it had to be ordered online. which they mess up order every time in the past 4 years. then get told instead of sandwiches it had to be a platter. walked out went to other location and got the order no issues at all. AIRPORT RD SUBWAY should be CLOSED if they cant get employees to work and treat people with respect!!! im telling everyone i know to boycott the airport road and also going to NEWS 9 to have them see what a poor place this is…..

Getting worse and worse! I’ve been frequenting this establishment for over 25 years. Love the food, and it’s convenient to my location. The past year has been difficult to support the business. Either they’re out of something, not hearing your order causing repetitions, rudeness, laziness, or just hanging out talkin and looking at you! absolutely ridiculous! Hire people who has work ethics, at least a little. It’s not a hang out for your workers, it’s a job. Do it, or you’re gone! If you know you’re low on something, communicate that as not to run out! Quit being so rude, do your job, stop talking so much! Much business loss from this end! not only me! Fire everybody. Start fresh! Little guy today was all by himself because everyone else was in back cutting up and laughing. After he went back there a few times, he finally put on gloves and just looked at me. No “Welcome to Subway!” No “What can we get for you?” A few seconds past, and i asked if he was ready to take my order. He said he was waiting for me. Had to repeat my bread choice 3 times, then they were out, yet again, of my choice of meat. Sorry to interrupt you’re busy personal lives, as employees, behind where I’m supposed to be able to obtain some of my favorite foods! Subbies it is! Start FRESH. Fire them all!

I had a horrible experience there tonight. I went in to get me a sub. I was trying to pay for my sub and the lady at the register was hollering and cursing at the other employee. She was very rude and unprofessional. I eat here very often and this lady makes subway look bad. I’ve seen her standing in the back vaping and on her phone and when they ask for help she comes to the register and stands there on her phone. I’ve asked her before what her name was and she told Coco so that was probably a lie. But this lady makes me not want to come back. I will no longer be coming back if I see her in there. Management really needs to something about this lady she is going to run customers and employees off.

Person taking my order was nice. Food was ok but one meatball was dry and crunchy! Never had that happen before. Meal deal came with a small cheap cup. I’m used to getting a nice plastic cup 32 oz. Not sure what happened.

We were needing to place an order this morning for 3 party trays for our daughter’s birthday party this afternoon, and were told that someone would be here to answer to phone by 9am. My wife called soon after 9am and had no answer. She tried several other times to call and still no answer. We finally got in the car and came to the location and the doors were still locked at 9:45am, even though the open sign was on and Google had it listed as opening at 9am. My wife had to knock and bang on the door several times to get somebody’s attention to come unlock the door. This whole ordeal put us behind schedule on our plans for this morning, and really showed extremely poor customer service at this location. Not impressed.

Just want to say how these guys did not disappoint today at 01/2/22 I went to the subway on the bypass which is were we live near and they was ridiculous posted the review on their site ! I can say they have lost our business and the subway at airport road was so much cleaner nice employees who greeted you and even smiled and laughed why doing the subs also everything was full and no excuses of my manager told me not to refill our stuff leave the meat frozen like the one on the bypass told us. I’m willing to drive the extra length and have shared to all my family and friends that airport rd subway is much better ! You guys are awesome even through this pandemic you cared about costumer service. We eat subway a lot our money will now be with you guys. Thanks for today after the horrible experience for the 4 time at our subway close to us on the bypass !

I ordered a meatball sub but I received a chicken olive and bs sandwich. I’m allergic to black olives and would have sued subway for every penny if I would have taken a bite out of it. Staff was understanding but was more focused on closing up shop than making things right never go here last time I went here they had 3 hoodlums working the shop and they didn’t care about there job enough to make one sandwich right this place will be seeing my lawyer

Took my money and didn’t get my order. Why because they were closed during normal business hours!!!. I ordered online through their website so I could pick it up. Got an order number and a time to be there. They took their money. I get up there at the time it said my order would be ready and they were CLOSED. No note on the door, website didn’t say anything about closing early, NOTHING. Now, I’m out the money and out the food. So now I get to deal with the bank in stopping the payment. They should process the order if the store is closed. Especially with the fact we have to pick our store EVERYTIME we order.
AND as I write this, the website says it’s open!!!
