Save your time and money. The lettuce was brown and when I asked how long it had been sitting there she explained a truck didn’t show up or something. I guess they are cool serving old food. I asked for extra pickles (bc my sandwich is mostly stale bread without any poisoned lettuce at this point) and was told it would cost extra. Do pickles come out of their paychecks?

Customer service was trash. Had to pay for more onions. God was old Bread was horrible. This is consistent. I’ve tried to eat better 3 times all the same. The lady was very rude almost like I couldn’t afford extra onions. I’ve never been charged for extra veggies lol. If you hungry DON’T GO HERE

Very disappointed in our pick up order today. Once we got home, we found that all 3 of our sandwiches are very skimpy on meat. Mine had probably one layer of meat throughout. This is very disappointing when I ordered ham and turkey but could hardly taste any of it. Won’t be going back to this subway.

I’ve ordered through the app multiple times and they make orders wrong at this location everytime. They have an in-store print out with all of the things that go into the sandwich and they still can’t get it right.
I walked in to pick up an order and an employee (teenage boy) was sitting in the dining area with airpods on. It wasn’t until I approached the counter that he decided to get up and remove the earbuds to hear what I had to say smh

Don’t even tell them what you want on the sub because they’re just going to freestyle it anyway. Placed an online order and what I wanted is clearly written out but the sub maker obviously didn’t pay attention or just didn’t care. Haven’t been to this location in over 6 months because of a previous order mixup & now I’ll never return!

Young guy making the sandwiches had a wad of gum in his mouth chewing standing beside the owner! I think chewing gum while handling people’s food is unsanitary. Owner made my sandwich I couldn’t allow the young guy to do so granted he was nice.

We placed an order for pick up. Order two hot sandwiches, they were cold with barely any meat on them one pepper and two onion. Cheese wasn’t melted. Gave us one bag of chips and they weren’t the ones we ordered (we ordered two) and they were EXPIRED!! Brought the order back and the woman was rude and threw the chips over the counter at my husband. Just an absolutely terrible experience. 1/10 do not recommend.

Arrived 30 min prior to close and while the lights were on, the door was locked and nobody could be seen in restaurant. As we were leaving (myself, wife, and 2 children) someone appeared out of nowhere inside restaurant, we began to knock on door to catch attention and were blatantly ignored person turned lights off and proceeded to stare through and beyond us. Totally disappointed with the situation as my oldest son was eager and excited to have a sub sandwich from subway that day.
