PLEASE DO NOT EAT at This SUBWAY location in Tegay Cay, SC inside of the Walmart! They are the WORST! I recently ordered 2 Footlong sandwiches & they both were terrible. The bread on both sandwiches was so hard that it cracked the moment I unwrapped them from the paper.The tuna looked old & the bread had some old spots also. I took pictures & videos. I called back to this location (1151 Stonecrest Blvd., Tega Cay) for 3 days straight & no one ever answered. I eventually went back to the restaurant on the 4th day only to be told that I need to speak with the owner( a Man named Chevy). I left my name & number so that he could call me back as they said he would be in the next day around 10:30 am. I didn’t receive a call so I called back & was told he was not in. I once again asked to have him call me & he did not. I returned back to the store the next day & was told he has my info & will call. I still have not heard back from anyone! I have tried calling at least once a day since ( it’s going on two weeks now) & they are back to not answering the phone. At this point all I want is for someone to call me & address my concerns, as well as fix the food issues for future customers! This is a terrible way to treat customers. Bad Food & even Worst Customer Service! It’s little wonder as to why Subway’s sank below Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s & most other Sandwich Chains!

Absolutely terrible, will not be back here. Trying to place my order, lady at the counter acted like I was a burden for showing up and stopping her from whatever she was doing. As I’m placing my order, she’s small talking with another employee and started trying to put random ingredients on the sandwich I didn’t want, had to tell her 4 times “no onions” because she didn’t listen. Then I sat down to eat my food, the bread is extremely hard like it was sitting out all night, and there was a long hair stuck in the bread. Absolutely horrendous, as I stated, I will never return here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolutely horrible!! The “man” working the counter should be fired in all honesty. Placed a mobile order, went to the counter to watch my order be made, didn’t put any cheese on either sandwiches then continued on toasting them, after I asked my husband if he added cheese on the order, the man quickly said “oh I forgot” smiling ear to ear… let that go. Get on to the veggies, like placed on the mobile order, one sandwhich had extra everything.. they then put 3 pieces of onions & when I asked for more, was told I would be charged separately for “extra toppings” when in fact, it was never made how I paid for it to be. & still after paying for extra, got the normal amount. I would rather eat my spit than EVER come back to this place. 0/5 star in my book! (Oh then decide to talk crap about me in a different language while looking me dead in the face)

I had a terrible experience at this Subway because of the old female employee who served me. She was rude, mocking me, and acted unprofessionally the entire time. She seemed to make fun of me and prepared my order carelessly, with no attention or respect. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed with the service. I hated the experience and I will not be coming back again.

I purchased two subs today through the mobile app and one sub had multiple ingredients that were mixed onto both subs . I was told I could come back to have them remade, then called back and told I’d get a virtual refund, and later told I had to bring them back for a refund to prevent “giving away free subs” , both employees seemed confused, careless, or possibly under the influence, and they appeared to make up their own refund policy. This was a very unprofessional experience , and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This visit didn’t make me feel confident that I was being served quality and fresh ingredients.. For starters the employee making may sandwich felt every piece of bread, as if checking their staleness. This did concern me, so I wanted to get a look at the bread he selected on to realize the they have a metal cover over the glass in front of the meat and cheese. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Subway but part of the reasons I like them was being able to see the ingredients. How do I know that the meat and cheeses look fresh? In terms of the ingredients I could see, the vegetables were rough shape. The lettuce was brown, the pickles, olives, and jalapenos were dry and looked like they’re been sitting out for a few days. I was super disappointed with this visit, I guess it’s time to give up on Subway.

me and the wife ordered lunch hers was fine. mine was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered the titan turkey and added extra turkey. I got maybe 2 slices of turkey i kid you not it was like a veggie sandwich. I tried calling over and over no answer. the driest sandwich ever. please fix this.

Terrible do not recommend horrible customer service , placed a mobile order and watched them make it they only put a small amount of meat and veggies and when asked for more onions because they only put 3 was told that would be a separate charge and they only put like 3 more pieces no other subway I’ve ever been to does this also bread was hard as a rock save your time and money and go some where else.

I typically don’t leave bad reviews, but I have never seen customer service this bad. The employee making my sandwich was so slow it had to be purposeful, and the lady checking out was being incredibly rude to an older gentleman who was having trouble ordering. It has been this way every time I’ve gotten food here.

Manager won’t allow use of ANY Subway coupons. I guess he thinks he’s special and doesn’t have to follow the rules like the rest of the store owners. Sorry but I won’t be back anymore. Had excuse after excuse talking with the manager. I don’t say this to bad mouth but I would’ve liked to have known this before I drive all the way there. So now every can see instead of posting tiny signs that you can’t read print.
