Just came through the drive thru 1/6/22 around 8:15-8:20pm to come home to this sloppy sandwich. Each side should be 6 inches. This is pure laziness. I ask for half ice in my medium drink and she fills it up all the way with ice. I had maybe 4 sips and the rest was ice. I was not given any napkins, guess I will have to ask for those from now on. How embarrassing. Hire better employees!

I’ve ordered a lot of online orders but when I pick up my food they are always messing something up. It’s a little ammoying each time that happens but the food is good and the store looks nice and clean. The staff is always been friendly.

I’ve never been to a subway where they had to remake my sandwich. The man making my sub, Toran, is completely incompetent and unable to follow simple instructions. Things like, light mayo and salt and pepper on the tomatoes, is not rocket science. Then the remade Sub was sad and such a train wreck. I’ve been here a couple of time and never been impressed because the service is so slow. I love subway but the service here tonight was beyond reproach. I wish I’d taken the extra 5 min and drove to the one in Walmart down the road. I doubt I will return.

First time we ordered online so we could eat at home, I unwrapped my sandwich and it was nothing close to what we ordered.
A couple of weeks later we order at the same store, our order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. My fiance got back with my food (first time I was able to eat in days. Yay pregnancy ) it was the most skimmped sandwich I had ever had, literally two small slices of green pepper, hardly any meat. Basically just bread.
He ate half of his sandwich and within a few hours had stomach cramps and has been puking for hours. Won’t be going back to this location ever again

The young girl that served me didn’t want to make my meatball sub. She proceeded to try to convince me that there wasn’t enough. She would’ve gotten tipped but she had no desire. It also smelled bad of cat urine when walking in the door

My wife, son and I came here on a Saturday around 1130. I asked the lady before I ordered if I could use multiple coupons, just out of curiosity. She told me I would have to be rung up multiple times, to which I responded “that’s fine let’s ring it up multiple times” she got visibly upset and walked to the back for a few minutes, I guess to cool down. Then when she came out she displayed very poor customer service. The other guy came out of the back and was very much more friendly than she was. But, the poor service was hard to ignore. Then when we checked out they notified us there was no ice at all in the whole building. A large group of construction workers came in after me, around 5 of them. The same lady was so rude to them that they all simultaneously left. I think this location could be a really good place and I understand people have bad days but this didn’t seem like a one-off incident.

I tried to go through drive thru and was told via speaker to pull to window- at window was asked if I had an online order I said no – and was told there was a sign at window that said only for online – I told here there was no sign – and asked If I could just give her my order. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO customers AT STORE- no one. She got a horrible attitude and told me she would do it this One time. I was shocked by her RUDE BEHAVIOR- I then told her not to bother and drove away. Will NEVER GO BACK!!! Service used to be good there but no more!
