Placed an online order and when I got home my sandwich was completely squished and burnt. Literally looked like someone body slammed my sub I tried calling the store and they refused to answer the phone. I’ll never waste my money and eat at this location again.

when i drive by subway it is always closed it could be 5pm and they would be closed. the toaster oven has been down for a week and i’ve been really wanting some subway. they can never answer the phone and i know there not busy because not a lot of people go there.

I ordered a sub with “one quick swipe of light mayo”. What I got was heavy mayo! They also did not put any napkins in the bag, which I needed for the mayo that was dripping out of the sandwich

The City of Pickens is situated at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is the county seat of Pickens County and is a small business center for a good agricultural and industrial area.

I walked in got in line with one gentleman paying. There were 2 lady workers and neither of them bothered to speak to me. After the cashier finished she just walked around for a few minutes until the other lady told her to wait on me. She was not happy you could see. The internet advertised bogo 50% off they did not offer that at this sub way. I got my order and knew as I walked out I knew I would not be back

The girl took forever to fix the order for the lady ahead of me even though it was literally just meat and cheese on bread. While she’s supposed to still be fixing the other lady’s order, she acknowledged the man behind me (apparently a regular) and started fixing his. She got his order completely ready before she completed the first order. I was never acknowledged once during my 10+ minutes in line. I won’t be back. Very poor customer service by some redneck who obviously hates her job.
