To preface this, I enjoy subway and eat here a lot. However, I will no longer be visiting this establishment. After picking up an online order we discovered a small mistake that one of the subs had been toasted. We went back in to get it corrected only to be greeted with a horrible attitude and treated like we were a huge inconvenience. I can forgive honest mistakes because they happen, but a poor attitude is unforgivable; especially in the customer service industry.

Like that I get to pick what goes on my sub. Ninety Six store has friendly staff. Didn’t seem to mind that I came in 15 minutes before closing & got 4 footling subs plus cookies. Love the raspberry cheesecake ones.
