Been going here for years. If you don’t want any issues for your orders just go in the mornings. I only had issues when I ordered in the afternoon, that includes using the app. In conclusion, great place to eat after 10 am but later in the day I would not recommend.

Service is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Food is good and bread is fresh. To me, Subway has always been a bit overpriced for a sandwich but the facility here itself is great. It’s clean. The food is good and the restaurant itself is everything it should be.

I was very pleased with this Subway. The girl that took my order was very courteous and everything was done correctly. Her name was Ella and I wanted to give a shout out to her as how she didn’t get all stressed out with the line of people she had. I will definitely come back here again.

I ordered a cold cut salad from here. Arrived home my salad was missing half of the toppings I asked for. No cheese, tomatoes, and stuff like that. On top of it, they did not fill my bowl to the top rather it was under half full.

Awful service. Drive thru sign was lit up saying it was open. They never acknowledged that I was there, never once spoke to me, I sat there for a good 15 min thinking maybe they were busy. Finally decided to go to the window, thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working, and they ignored me there as well. Awful service. Won’t be back.

If the girls spent more time conversing with their customers as much as they did with each other I wouldn’t had to repeat order like I did. While eating, we watched a older gentleman stand in line not acknowledged one time while waiting and eventually decided to walk out. The girl that was running the cash register named Ella made a comment at least that was one less customer she had to wait on and was bragging about it. Very unprofessional and immature.

Well this location has went downhill though the years. I try to avoid it unless I absolutely have to eat in Iva, which is every so often. The dining room is always dirty, sometimes very obviously so. The staff are overall not good. There’s a few that know what they are doing, but they usually aren’t here when I order/come in. They have gotten my order wrong a few times and times in the past they had to call me because they were completely out of something. In general they aren’t very nice and one in particular is downright rude. One was coughing while making my sandwich, never saw her wash her hands. Usually on their phones or going in and out, don’t make the customer feel like a priority. Found a couple of ants at the table I was eating at one time. The food itself is below average or average and doesn’t usually taste fresh. It’s unfortunate because this place could be really nice. The Subway in Belton is really good, I wish they’d take some inspiration from them. I get the feeling that whoever owns or runs this one doesn’t really care. The people in Iva are almost at their mercy because there’s so few choices. Anyway, that’s my review and I’m not trying to be mean or anything, I really would like this place to be better.
