We went to this location at 9:30am 30minutes after they were supposed to be open. Cars were outside, lights were on, open sign on but the door was locked. I tried the drive thru still nothing. I tried calling still nothing. It’s extremely bothersome that nobody even had the courtesy to leave a note on the door saying they would not be open. Really poor experience and inconvenience. Guess I’ll stick to firehouse or Jersey mikes next time because they seem to be more reliable.

The staff at this Subway are very pleasant and professional. I placed an online order. Everyone was smiling and said hello. They even said have a great day as we exited. The only thing I don’t care for any Subway is that they are so stingy with the amount of meat they put on the sandwich. I know the employees are only following orders, but $10 for a ham and cheese foot long is a bit much. If I didn’t have the app for forty percent off then I would’ve never visited this restaurant.

Subway has the buy one footlong and get one free and we decided to take advantage if the deal well I live less than 3 mins away from Subway I placed my order while parked outside waited about 7 mins. and went inside to get my order. Drove home and opened my order found my bread not toasted like I ordered and bread completely soggy! I mean why are workers so nasty they probably used a used bread and prepped it for me because I ordered a deal! My husband took out the meat and added it to his sandwich. It’s not my fault Subway has these deals!

They stopped honoring coupons which is sorry as hell. I contacted corporate to tell them to stop sending me coupons then. I just went back a few years after this initial review and used a coupon and everything was great. Loved my Turkey Sub & loved being able to use my coupon. I’m bumping my original 2 stars up to 4.

I recently visited Subway and had an amazing experience! The employees were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my order exactly how I wanted it. The staff on 5.19.25 after 8PM, are the rudest employees I’ve ran into! They all looked at me and waited for me to say hi and then the lady with the pink hair rolled her eyes and laughed when I sat down!
The other 2 employees just looked at me without saying a word!!! They need customer service training immediately!! They’re horrible!
