3 sandwiches ordered by app. 2 were made completely wrong. Wrong bread. Wrong toppings. Y’all put jalapeños on my kids sandwich. I grabbed the bag as she was putting it on the rack. And my toasted sandwich was cold. I only wanted onion & pickles with light mayo. Had to remove lettuce, tomato, jalapeños & a sauce I did not ask for. Needless to say, my sandwich was soggy & the bread was soaked. My 3rd sandwich the bread was hard a rock.

As you can tell from the picture it wasn’t even close to being made correctly. It’s sad that something as simple as putting items on bread is too hard for some people. The dining room was spotless but behind the counter needed a lot of work especially for having no customers in the store. I almost walked out but then decided to give it a try.

This place needs to be shut down. It’s gotten terrible over the last year. Back in January, I ordered a roast beef sub and the roast beef tasted and smelled spoiled. Whole sub got thrown in the trash. I ordered another sub about a month ago, asked for it to be toasted to get a gross cold mess. So today I decided to give them another chance. Sub was once again a gross cold mess. I called, complained and some kid answered the phone being rude, trying to say their toaster was broken and offered nothing in compensation. It’s bad when you pay $20 for food and have to come home to cook it yourself. I would’ve just cooked at home rather than coming to this train wreck of a “restaurant”.

I won’t go back. Lettuce was wilted, rusty looking. Blonde woman (no name tag) was spreading cheese over bread to put in oven, only 1 glove on. The glove less hand was touching the bread and the cheese, trying to keep the cheese on the bread loaves. Not up to DHEC standards. Took the meat off the sandwich and threw everything else in the trash. After seeing that I don’t trust that this Subway is clean and following good health standards and protocols.
