Rude staff, food is not made to order and customer service is just ridiculous. Staff locks doors 3 hours before closing and then only let’s certain people in to get food. So we have to sit in line for 50 min to pick up our food and it’s cold by then.

Showed up on Monday, 2/27 at 9:20 pm and they turned us away and said they were closed. According to the door and website they close at 10pm disappointed after a night of baseball and wanted a quick meal.

I usually frequent this location as it’s not far from where I work at but it’s becoming more of a nuisance to go here to use the drive through as they want to put cones in the way and force you to come inside.

Very poor service from one woman. After sitting in the drive they waiting for the car ahead of me, I pull up and was told they are shutting down the drive thru she has too many orders and she said she was the only one there. There was a gentleman there also.

Never I repeat never go threw the drive the first time I got so aggregated I got out the car to see were the people was they was out side smoking a cigarette the second time I went the flats out acted like they didn’t see no cars and there was three cars in the line this last time again I’m just seating there no one came to the speaker after seating there 15 min I pulled up to the window and just looked in the still after 5 min acted like they couldn’t see no one that’s it never go back to this subway in Watson village again 3 times you out right I’m done food was ok Turkey was hard around the edges
