I’m disappointed with the service at this location. The employees on the night shift are often on their phones and not ready to help customers. When I asked for a Veggie Patty (which was listed as available online), one of the night shift employees told me it wasn’t available and refused to serve it — even though it clearly was. Would never go back until employees are changed.

You can’t tell from the picture but I ordered American cheese AND mozzarella. Paid for it, but didn’t get it. Instead I get 1 slice of American cheese per sub. I even mentioned I added extra cheese in the special request field.

I ordered a steak Philly and asked for extra meat before Andriana put it in the microwave I reminded her that a wanted extra meat, she told me that was extra meat when I clearly seen her only scoop once. She proceeded to spread the meat apart as though she was correct. I asked her to place each portion back in to the scooper to show me how that was two scoops. When I tell you she struggled to make her point by sprinkling the meat on top to reflect a whole scoop. She wasn’t rude but did not like the fact that was wrong.

I don’t have complaints about the food.
The issue is the staff. When I was on the way out the door and heard the staff mocking me, that’s a bit much. I get that working a service job is stressful. I even tipped them. But the immature people working today need to at least learn to make fun of people AFTER they get out the door to their store. Or maybe they should find a job that isn’t making sandwiches at a subway if that is too complicated….

I’m not usually the one to write a bad review but the longer I look at my sandwich, the more annoyed I get.
I asked for a pizza sub (or a pizza sub melt) which I have been ordering the same way for 13 years. This is the first time they did not put pepperoni on my sandwich, only sauce and cheese. I noticed it when it came out the toaster that there was no meat on my sandwich. Asked about it and the employee making my sandwich said that you have to pay extra for pepperoni and asked if I wanted any.
I got 6 slices of pepperoni on my melt which I can’t even see under the tomato. I thought maybe they had changed the sandwich since the last time I got it. Nope, the online ordering for the website has pepperoni, cheese and sauce listed as the ingredients. I don’t think this was the employees fault, Subway should be better at training their employees on all the food they offer.

Sucks that Subway doesn’t allow you to add points using the receipt.
Sucks that Subway limits what subs you can use a coupon on/for.
Sucks that only 2 employees work during the lunch peak times.

Was told I could only use my coupon for a Turkey sub or meatball. When I have been using my coupons with no problem. There are exclusions at the bottom which I did not order one of the exclusions. Then to only have 2 people working during a promotion shows you really wasn’t trying to make sure your customers received the promotion. Shame on yall. Went back and got a sub anyway and my bread was all tore up. I mentioned this to the sandwich maker and she looked at me and ask what kinda meat. I let her make the sun then ask to speak with management. I’m not gonna argue or cause a scene. The manager made sure I got a freshly made sun done the right way.

Great and friendly customer service. Haven’t been to Subway in years… and the sandwich was better than I remember. The bread had a flaky crust but soft and fresh… just driving through Greenville but glad I picked this one for lunch! Ps I was served by the younger gentleman with the wild blond hair.
