Their new 3.99 wraps looked good but it you want to add a half a slice of onion because these babies are not customizable.”It’s subway policy” It is not posted on the sign out front that they are not customizable. I understand if you’re trying to add a ton of stuff on there and you’re taking advantage of the situation but a half a slice of onion could have renewed my friends faith in Subway now she won’t be back for another 10 years. And it wouldn’t be so bad if the ladies behind the counters weren’t so snippy about it. And not only that they were outside smoking when we walked in and we had to wait 5 minutes for them to come inside to order our food.
Which made the whole thing a whole lot worse than it needed to be.

Unfortunately, this location is suffering from “good help is hard to find.” I used the drive thru option and manually placed my order on the screen outside. I pulled up to the window and waited quite awhile before I was acknowledged, even though there were 3 employees behind the counter. The guy came to the window, my total was 21.64, I gave him 2 $10 gift cards and the rest in change. He attempted to insert the gift card as if it was a chip card, he tried that 2 ways, then tried to slide it multiple times the wrong way. I tapped on the window to show him how to do it but he walked away. Then another employee came to the window, opened it up and huffed “is there a problem here.” I advised her that I was simply trying to tell the guy how to run the card. She closed the window on me and turned away. I watched her count the change 4 times at which point she came back to the window and said $1.89? She repeated this multiple times staring at me. I said “I thought it was $1.64?” She then proceeded to count it again, this time directly in front of me. I said oh, I see the problem, give me back a quarter and you will have $1.64. I gave her one coin too many and she could not figure it out. She then ran the gift cards and shoved my food out the window. As I said “have a good night” she closed the window on my words. As I pull forward and go to place the bag on the passenger seat I realize it feels weird. I ordered a 6in and a 12in yet the bag felt EVEN. I check the bag and it is two 6in subs. I park and go inside and step to the head of the line to advise them I am missing food. The same female employee is totally unapologetic and very irritated with my return. As she goes to make the 2nd half of the sub, I am trying to tell her what to put in it but she ignores me and reaches for the mayo. I said no mayo as she squirts it on. I say nevermind mayo is fine. I take the sandwich and still no apology and leave. I get home and guess what, both sandwiches were made wrong. This was the worst experience at Subway I have ever had. I have $20 in gift cards left, I will try a different location and then from now on I will be going to Jersey Mike’s.

The young lady working alone at the counter several weeks ago during the RV show next door truly deserves recognition. She was exceptionally polite, patient, and kind while managing the drive-thru and taking calls all by herself. Please consider how much her hard work and demeanor mean, and I sincerely hope the management can show appreciation through a raise or bonus. Thank you so much for acknowledging her dedication!

Ordered through the touch screen drive thru. Say at the pick up window for over 15 mins without any kind of acknowledgement from staff. Almost drove away when they came and asked if the order they had was mine. Sandwiches were disappointing especially in consideration of the price.

The gentleman who helped me barely spoke, and acted like I was irritating him. This may have been because his coworker was outside in her car in front of the store smoking what I have to assume (by the smell) was weed. I know they don’t get paid enough to be peppy balls of sunshine, but not being outright rude should be the bare minimum.

They said they were closed (at 9:45pm) because they were backed up and only had 15 minutes. A few minutes later a guy comes out from the back of the kitchen (in pajamas) maybe an employee, with a sub and drink to go. He walked out and went next door. Within the next 2 minutes the employee pictured walks out to lock the front door.

There was a guy who made my sandwich here who was kinda rude and didn’t interact with his customer and gave me a dirty look when I wanted to order something. Without asking he put my sub in the toaster and let it burn Manager was nice enough to replace it.

When are Subway employees gonna start making subs right? The Beast sub I just got was a sever disappointment. It’s supposed to be 6 pieces of 5 meats and double cheese. I got home and my sub was not made right I actually deconstructed it and found out I got 2 pieces of each meat. I’m severely irritated at this point. The last 3 times I’ve been to this place my subs have all been messed up. I’m thinking a national boycott might help whip the guys into shape.

Everything up until today the subs have been great but today they were terrible. Had barely anything in them. The honey chicken was not even made properly just tasted cold and sad. The chicken tasted cold and unseasoned. Will be going to the other many locations in the area

Every time I go to this location the young lady that has been there for a while is the best! She is very friendly and efficient with my family’s order. She even lets my son make sure he has enough ranch on the sandwich, and cuts it the way he likes. I need to get her name next time. Thank you guys on Dick Pond!!!
