I placed a order through the app and went in to pick it up. They told me that they didn’t have a order. They didn’t even know the address for the store. Once we confirmed by looking at the app on my phone that I was at the right place. The guy said just give my fat a– a free sub when it clearly shows I paid for it. The girl then begins to take the people behind me. When I say something about it she yells at me not to rush her. Then they both screaming at me to get out of the store. The absolute worst experience.

So I am a local, live 3 streets away, and spend at LEAST 80-100 bucks a week at this spot. I call at 15 till 10, to give a heads up on two footlong subs, and it was still 13 minutes until closing, I was told basically to bad!!! I am so disappointed, and will be getting my sandwiches from someplace else. So sad

Barb was so kind and hospitable. Subway is truly lucky to have her. We had all kinds of customizations to our orders and she was so nice about it. Welcomed us with a smile and really took care of us. That kind of worker is very hard to find these days. I’m coming back just for Barb!!! Not to mention she made a killer sandwich. This place is super clean as well. Seriously impressive for a MB fast food place.

I think her name is Barb. She was awesome. She was busy when we walked in and after we walked in, there was a trail of people behind us. Some how I froze the machine. She told me to just start eating and could pay after the rush was over. She trusted a total stranger to eat the pay. And it seemed like everyone in line knew her. This location should be proud She is there. Keep up the great work.

Worst I’ve ever had at subway. One sub was on the wrong bread. And both subs bread was hard. My bacon wasn’t toasted like I ask. The cookies we ordered tasted like yesterday’s cookies. And the one reason I come to Subway, the tea was nasty. Not eating Subway anymore.
