If I didn’t get these sandwiches with subway discount I would never buy them
Two sandwiches with hardly any meat on them. My wife actually opened hers up to see if there was any turkey in hers. Won’t be going back. Even with discount not worth it.

I was a customer at the drive through on Sept 6th while on my way to a beach picnic with my church. There was a wait to place my order, though not unreasonable. I ordered 2 half ciabatta sandwiches, chicken barbecue, asking for no onions on both, also mentioning that it was for 2 people.
After a wait of about 5 minutes, they cheerfully rang me up, and gave me the bag.
I didn’t check it there, and when my friend and I went to eat it, we found it loaded with red onions, melted cheese keeping them on the sandwich. Neither one of us enjoyed the sandwich because of this.
I think employees need to care about their customers, even at the drive-through. These employees didn’t care at all.

One of the best Subway subs we have had in years. Bread was freshly baked and soft, produce cool and crisp, fresh cheese and meats, and the service was just as great! Definitely will be back.

I am very disappointed in the prices. The service is fine the atmosphere is grand especially with the new manager she’s amazing. But the prices at all them suck. They don’t need to charge that much for the sandwich’s when they don’t even pay that much. Might have more business if subway itself would lower their pricing.

Great service and food by professional and enthusiastic people. I’ve eaten here over a dozen times times and I’m always pleased. James and crew are the BEST. And they always have fresh sweet and non-sweet tea (my fav!). I am always greeted when I walk in the door and thanked as I depart. Good job, Subway Surfside!

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a subway establishment. The staff was very uplifting, had amazing energy, and went out of their way to make my day better. They were also very helpful with a few questions I had. The sandwich made for me was delicious and very fresh!! I will definitely be making this location my number one choice when I’m in the mood for some friendly conversation, delicious food, and a clean atmosphere!!!

Never had a bad experience here, however James is just a step above the rest. I don’t know what it is, if it’s extra love or just truly caring about what he’s doing, but me and my girlfriend both agreed that he made the best sandwich that we have ever had there. It’s always good but his were just different, I have no explanation. Literally just met him but he actually cared and it showed. James works on Sundays, go and see him, you’d be amazed at the difference!
