This is the absolute worst subway I’ve ever stepped foot into.
I had 1 family ahead of me. 1 employee hid in the back because she would rather talk loudly on the phone than help her coworker. The 1 person who did help wasn’t listening to the customer and made her sandwich wrong in front of us.
I ordered in the app. They don’t pay attention to who picks up the food, so they gave mine away. The two employees almost tried to send me home without the food I paid for or a refund. I feel lucky they actually felt like making something.
There’s several other subways around here. Do not go to this one.

Went in there today and the blue haired lady literally will look at you and do the literal opposite of what you ask for on your sandwich. She didnt make my sandwich right and moves so slow its like she’s practicing to be a sloth. She made my sandwich entirely wrong and i didn’t even notice until i got home because all the metal covers were up and i couldnt see what she was doing on the other side. Its really not rocket science to follow instructions when its your literal job to do so.

Ordered online and was charged. Went to the store and there was an employee inside making an order for someone else in store.
She had locked the door as I attempted to walk up and told me they were closed? At 530 on a Friday?
I stool outside and held my app showing my order to the window while knocking until she came to the door. This owner/franchisee needs to clean house of bad employees.
Will not return to this location; if this were to happen again and I can’t get my food on my way home from work I would be awfully upset. Also there is no way that I can see to contest the order or get a refund.

I ordered in advance using the app and was told on app it was building and would be ready when I arrived. Employee was unaware of order on my arrival until she looked it up. App ordering to save time is useless. Also app has no way to dispute failed orders or refund when order is handled improperly. Locking exit doors during business hours also seems a fire hazard. Won’t be back to this store anytime soon.

Looked at Subways menu online and the Chicken, bacon ranch wrap sounded good. It listed all the items on the sandwich. So I told my husband to get me that. My husband called me from Subway asking me what I wanted on it and I said what it states on their menu. The person did not know what was on it. Why does Subway go to the trouble of making up these different sandwiches and their employees don’t know how to make them? All they know is to put on what you tell them. Won’t get that again

Came in tonight and met an awesome person. James was great He made my sandwich exactly the way I asked him to down to every ingredient. He even toasted the Italian herbs and cheese bread with cheese on each side just right like that old fashioned cheese toast from the oven. Thanks James for your services

We ordered 2 footlong subs from there today. One Spicy Italian and one All-American sub. We got all the way home and find out we didn’t get my girlfriends All-American sub at all and my Spicy Italian has certain ingredients I requested them take off on there. Now my girlfriend is without a sub (the sub they gave us instead of the All-American is one she can’t eat) and I’m disappointed in mine. Don’t eat here.

They re great service.. awesome friend who know me long time to order same kind food. Never change.. they re amazing friendly smile when i say more or little more. They know how good juice to eat lot of red vinegar ( i suggest u try lot of red vinegar with BMT)
