Located in a gas station so didn’t have the highest expectations but the service we received wasn’t friendly at all. Betty was annoyed we showed up and caused her to hang up her phone call and then made it obvious she had zero interest to want to take our order.

Husband went to pick up a steak & cheese. When he return with my sub I was thoroughly disappointed. The bread had been toasted to the texture of a rock. Crunchy was not what i want nor did it make a very good sub.

It’s pretty sad when you stop in at a food establishment and the customer service is beyond disgusting. Unfortunately I took my money somewhere else up the road that treated us very kindly so shout out to subway in Florence because the subway in Latta really needs to retrain their subway sandwich artist because they severely lack customer service skills. I could understand it if we had been ugly but we didn’t even get a word in and they automatically started with attitude and sarcasm. I guess getting in her phone was more important than serving food which I’m pretty sure is what pays her paycheck but it’s ok lessoned learned NEVER STOP IN LATTA AT CIRCLE K AND GRT A SUB FROM SUBWAY GO THE EXTRA FRE MILES T9 FLORENCE.

The only reason I gave it one star was it wouldn’t let me do a review without one. I’ve ate here before and really enjoyed the service and the salad. Tonight was totally different, very rude service and I couldn’t even really order for them not paying me attention. I was the only in line. Then I asked them not to put so much lettuce and she added more. Didn’t even cut meat up, and wasn’t even given me dressing. Asked for it twice, then she gave me fat free ranch. I asked for regular and she let out a big sign like I was taken her time. Then she finally gave me a small little bitty cup of dressing. I’ll never go back, was the worst experience I’ve had at Subway.

So to be honest the food was great at this particular subway however I must say that to have one person working on Spring break weekend is unacceptable a manager owner or somebody should have been there to assist a coworker where the line was backed up andto the door it’s just too much for one person. I? Feel sorry for the staff member almost not even wanting to order just because she was doing so much by herself.

I ordered a foot long sub got one foot long sub free with the mobile app. One sub was good. It was my steak and cheese.
The bad one was a foot long cold cut combo. All I asked for on it was
Lettuce
Tomato
Mayo
Salt
And pepper.
Got home and all that was on my cold cut was bologna .
No mayo
No Lettuce
No tomato
No salt
No pepper. It was so very PLAIN.
Now I have been trying to call them at subway on HWY 38 in Latta South Carolina and they are NOT answering the phone. Very DISAPPOINTED
