I’ve been hitting this place 2x a week for the past year. Whenever they see my work truck pull in, They immediately make my usual. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from this place, Couldn’t ask for better customer service. 10/10. Best SubWay I have ever visited.

This location i visited has the most amazing customer service. Everyone greets you once you walk in and the door. DAY SHIFT employees have such an amazing attitude and customer service. I would recommend everyone any anyone to come to this location when you visit Dillon. The store up keep was very great also. If I could I would give this location a 10/10

My wife called here to order some party trays because we had a death in our family and the young ladies that helped my wife were awesome and the party trays were great. My father and mother went by there to pick them up because me and my wife could not attend the service because we live in a different state so thanks to the subway crew in Dillon South Carolina.

Stopped in while traveling through the area for lunch – we didn’t stay, didn’t bother ordering. When we walked in, neither of the two employees acknowledged us. The only interaction we had was right before we were going to order. The woman taking our order put on gloves but then spent several minutes rummaging around under the sandwich area and then went to the back to get more paper to put our sandwiches on. She didn’t bother taking off her gloves to put on new ones – absolutely disgusting! She placed paper down and FINALLY spoke to us asking what we wanted. I HAD to ask her is she was going to change her gloves. We left immediately. That is so disgusting.
I was weary to begin with before even asking about the gloves – the meat section of the food preparation area had cheeses and other foods spilled into different containers, cheese looked warm/melted-like, and there were plastic empty/used ramekins in with some of the meats.
I suggest retraining employees how to actually greet customers, clean themselves properly, and keep the food area clean.

BEWARE !!!!! Don’t waste your time bringing in your COUPONS. They are a ploy to get you In The door the coupon I brought in did not specify any sort or type of sandwich and they refused it!!!! I should have refused the sandwich but the lady that took care of me was so nice and I felt bad. The owner of this establishment is a SHYSTER!!!!

I had my husband pick me up a buffalo chicken salad for dinner since I had to work over. So after a long, rough day I’m tired, hungry and ready to enjoy my salad and unwind. Only to be disappointed by a seemingly SIMPLE task of making a salad. How does one have a BUFFALO chicken salad with NO BUFFALO sauce??? And on top of that, the tomatoes nor the cucumbers were cut up! The fresh mozzarella that I paid extra for was not cut up either! AND they “forgot” the pickles also in addition to the BUFFALO sauce! Needless to say I was not happy with my meal. If this had been a one time occurrence I may have been less upset…BUT this is the 3rd time I have had my SALAD order screwed up at this location. Once no dressing! I think the staff needs to be retrained on how to make a simple salad.

Not real happy with the employees this day. I don’t know what was going on, but they were yelling back and forth at each other, and then looking at me like what are you waiting for. It took like 10 minutes to get a simple pizza sub together. Tasted great and the cashier apologized for the commotion.
