Let’s just start off with when I walked in there I encountered a guy being snobby to a customer, I then insisted to my husband that we should leave but we were already there so we stayed. I got a footlong Turkey add bacon before the guy started on my order I told him I was PREGNANT and my food had to be WELL DONE so me or my child doesn’t get sick. So I then asked him if he could toast my bacon separately because of that. He toasted my bacon and it was medium done and partially STILL RAW! I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich.

Used to come here all the time. Never once had a problem until recently. Me and my husband were denied service and no one can seem to tell us why. Just keep saying it’s the managers decision. To be honest they need to stop hiring little kids who just want to bring drama to work. Also on top on that everyone who works there is rude. If I could rate it lower I would. Also contacting corporate because this is ridiculous.

The food isn’t the issue here. The service and attitude of the workers and how they treat the other worker they have.
One of the girls is pregnant and she’s always giving a nasty look to one of the other girls. These people seem stuck up and disgusting. I come here on a regular basis and see the same people acting nasty to one of the girls, giving nasty looks and generally being horrible towards her coworker.
I don’t know how she deals with it. I would leave this place before working with these people long term.

Absolutely horrible people here, mainly “Jayden” the employee who holds herself higher then everyone, sweet young lady named grace who was trying to help me make a sandwich and did a very swell job but two customers behind me were waiting impatiently for another employee to come out and help but “Jayden” kept doing her own thing leaving the new employee by herself to run the front. Absolutely unacceptable behavior here but I managed to hold my tongue next time I see something like this happen I will be raising a complaint with customer service or even with HR as I have contact with a couple other subway employees. Sadly I have to leave at least one star to write this review, would not recommend based on the service from one employee. It really shows one bad egg can ruin a omelette.

This review is more so for the morning shift of subway the afternoon shift is Awsome the morning/lunch people are just sometimes rude. Overall they don’t feel welcoming and kinda made my sandwich kinda sad and soggy. It was also very cold even tho they did put it in the toasting process.

Overall service was great but my wife had a slip and fall on there floor because water must have spilled in front of the register and there was no wet floor sign in that area and everytime we call to get someone to talk to or information they keep giving us the run around and won’t call back. They need better people to be on top of situations like this. It’s been a week and she’s still hurting.

I’ve been here several times over the years and found the staff lacking. Today, an awesome young lady named Cheyenne was here and she was great! She was polite, fast and did up our subs exactly right. This was also the first time I’ve seen the tables clean and the drink station stocked up as well. Another young lady was very pleasant as well, I didn’t catch her name. Anyway, please give Cheyenne a raise!

Christmas Eve shopping with my daughter and we wait 15 minutes for someone to return, there was “Back in 10” sign posted. The one disgruntled worker returned and snipped at everyone in line that she’s only doing catering and isn’t taking orders. No apologies for the inconvenience, just rudely walked away as if we weren’t there. Took my kids to Waffle House across the street where we were welcomed and greeted and quickly served… Waffle House was definitely the better choice.

Ok my biggest problem was the staff, I understand subway is not a “professional submarine shop” but the employees can at least be a little bit more knowledgeable on subs. I asked for my sub to be California style, sauces on the bread, let it seep soak, add mayo onto bread, then toppings. All I got was a blank stupid stare. I had to go through and describe in detail how to make my order. I work for jersey mikes.
