I’m calling the health department. I was ordering a sandwich and a ROACH started crawling out of the lettuce. They know about this, and still serve. If you see roaches in the food, they know about them. I’ll never eat here again.

I ordered the 5 dollar sub of the day. But… they charged me $8.57… I was uhhhh, I think it’s supposed to be 5 dollars? They say no. I look it up on my phone, show them yea it sho is. Subs are good, but if you are going to get a fountain drink, pay attention to the ice dispenser and the drink dispensers. They look as if they don’t clean them every day. The last time I was there, they had mold on them, and I had to get a bottle drink or if the cooler instead.

Staff unfriendly. Said we couldn’t use coupon on Club but we could on American Club. Only difference is American Club had bacon instead of roast beef. When checking out I was charged $2 for bacon on each sub. Coupon said free small drink with purchase ofsub. I was told I could only use one coupon. Now tell me, how do you get a free drink without the purchase of a sub. I bought two subs and he said I have to use it for next purchase. Won’t I have to purchase a sub again? Same thing with the cookie. Wouldn’t recommend this store or the employees ever he started getting hateful when I asked him to explain how I’d get my drink on the next visit unless I purchased a sub which I had just purchased two.

There were no customers when I arrived and I was not greeted. The sandwich prep was fine and the transaction went well. The “sandwich artist” had no customer service skills, as far as I was concerned. This is not my normal store.

The establishment does not answer it’s phone, don’t try calling. Don’t bother paying extra for anything because you won’t get it. Ordered deluxe twice, first time was normal portions of everything, second time didn’t even get the standard portion of bacon. Don’t bother using the app to order ahead, half the time your order will drop out and you’ll either double pay or pay for nothing. Service is atrocious, when I mentioned I didn’t have bacon on my sub, the associate had an attitude while saying “I fixed it myself so I know it’s on there”.

Service was okay at best, very slow and people working seemed grumpy and were playing on phones (didn’t even notice me for several minutes, the manager had to get them). They did give me extra turkey on my sandwich though which was nice, they however did not listen to my requests for light or extra veggies/condiments. I specifically asked for one line of chipotle sauce and they put 3 instead. I’ve been both at night and afternoon, both were extremely slow (15 minutes a visit for 2 subs). I was fully checked out and paid for before even one sub was completed. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry that’s for sure!

I got my usual foot long Double Meat, Double Cheese, BMT. Quickly assembled and done well. It was delicious. This Subway is in a gas station/convenience store on the corner and was on the way to where I was headed. Parking is limited as it’s on a relatively small lot.
