My sandwich had bugs in it. Ordered a 12 inch wheat sub with turkey pepper jack and light mayo.
We ate in the car on the way to Jacksonville. Once I saw the bugs I stopped eating but the thought of consumed bugs was unpleasent.
Also no toilet paper in the restroom.

I planned a trip and wanted to take a sandwich with me as it would take 8 hours one way. Subway is a good choice for that. I had all of the liquids placed in a container along with the tomatoes and anything else that would make the bread soggy. Violà, It worked!! The sandwich was as consistent and as fresh as the time it was made. By the way I ordered a footling veggie sub.

I had a great experience at this Subway! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted. All the ingredients were fresh, and the bread was perfectly baked. The service was quick even during a busy time, and I appreciated how attentive the team was. It’s always nice when the employees take the time to make sure your order is right. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve visited — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I recently visited the Subway in South Carolina, and the experience was excellent! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and quick with service. My sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and served just the way I ordered it. The vegetables tasted crisp, and the bread was warm and soft. It’s clear that this location cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely one of the better Subways I’ve been to — highly recommend!

I stopped by the Subway in Bennettsville and had such a great experience! The place was clean, fresh, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted — everything was fresh and tasty. It’s nice to see great customer service with a smile! I had a bad experience today. I asked for a fresh bread. She informed me that the bread was fresh but when I got home, the bread was hard. Subway need to make sure they provide good customer service and give the customer what they asked for I’ve had to throw my whole sandwich in the trash because the bread was hard.

Went here on Thursday 17 October 2024 at 2030 hours and ordered a steak and cheese sub. Got home and discovered that they only put a few pieces of meat on it! That’s not what they are supposed to do.
On my previous order male staff member forgot to include my foot long chocolate chip cookie that I paid for, and manager and associate last night refused to replace it, as if I were lying about it.
They can use the restaurant to keep their kids up there since they don’t have a baby sitter, and they let young guys go in there at night and hang out, but they won’t treat the customers with respect and get your order right!
I recorded that interaction on video, however Google has no provision for videos for the review.

Placed my online order wrong no way to cancel or change an order online I went to the location they wouldn’t cancel or change my order and said they could not refund me for the order I placed wrong and even if I didn’t take my food I would still be charged I was fine with waiting a few days for the charge to refund my account and placing a whole new order but the workers declined any changes or refund they called the owner he also declined now I’m stuck with food I do not want and am going elsewhere for dinner horrible service
