I don’t like the way they treat black people especially black woman.. to be specific I was nice and polite throughout the entire ordeal. I know how some folks like to assume.. I asked for the Tuesday teriyaki sandwich of the day.. when it was time for me to pay the Indian guy.. or what have you. Tried to charge me regular price and he caught an attitude because I didn’t specify that to him but I did to the lady who was making the sandwich.. they started speaking their language and looking at me laughing… long story short after I paid he proceeded to throw my sandwich at me… LITERALLY I was livid but still was able to keep my composure and got my money back. I’ll NEVER eat at that location EVER again. Mind you it was other “people” in their and it was all smiles and great service for them but when it came to me… I’m good on that.

This is the worst sub I have ever had! I ordered chicken bacon ranch not toasted. I asked the guy to toast the chicken and bacon and he went to put the whole sub in the toaster. I said no just the meat and he said whole sub or nothing, so I got cold chicken and uncooked bacon. This is the only subway that has done this ever, they usually heat up the meat weather the sub is toasted or not.

Every food restaurant is graded by the health department. So I asked to see their grade because I never ate there before and he didn’t want to show me or tell me there grade. He said they don’t get graded. Lies , must be not clean or something is wrong.

Slowest drive thru ever. Got a 6″ sub and it was like 4 inches by 2. I have never seen a smaller sub. What happened? Barely any toppings! No pickle spears. How much could lettuce and tomatoes cost? I have eaten here a few times. The roll was so rock hard I could barely bite it. No more subway ever for me. Couldn’t eat it. Hungry now. Wish I could give no stars.

Do yourself a favor and place a pickup order 🙂 the time that I came the line was long and drive thru was not in service :/ I only had to wait a few minutes and I was out the door. Sub was good…what more could I ask for?

should have read the reviews before going here. i went to this specific location because they were the only ones close by who were honoring the bogo $1 deal. when i got my sub home not only was there no cheese on either of the subs i ordered, every topping i did order was skimpy as hell. looking over these reviews it’s hard not to assume that this is being done on purpose to save a dollar since they know it’s unlikely that a customer will actually open and inspect their sub right there in the shop for an online order. the guy at the register was also aloof and didn’t even return my greeting when o came in. 0/10 the dollar deal wasn’t worth it in light of all the BS

Ordered online and was given a time of 25 minutes out for it to be ready – which is a long time for Subway in my opinion. I realized I ordered from a different store than I wanted, so I called this store to see if I could cancel or transfer my order. They didn’t answer the phone. I arrived at the store at my given order time (25 minutes later) and they hadn’t even began making my order yet. Three employees in the store all leaning against the counter, talking amongst themselves. Their conversation was much more important to them than making my sandwiches or answering the phone apparently.
Paper thin on the tuna. I’ve never received such poor service out of a Subway before. I’ve never received such a horrible sandwich. See the pic – there’s more flatbread than there is tuna. Unfortunately, I didn’t watch them make my sandwich, or else I would have said something at the time. Highly dissapointed and will absolutely never visit this store again.

I ordered and paid online an hour before getting it. I walked in and they had no bread. Ok. Should of called but ok. They said 20 min. I left and cam back. They then said they didn’t have the sweet onion chicken. Ok. Steak is fine. Again. Should of called. Get the subs, I was polite and joking with them. I get home. My one ham and cheese with bacon , lettuce and mayo had all that on only half. The other half was just a few pieces of ham. That’s what really made me mad. It really makes me laugh about everything that went wrong. Pretty sad. As I was the only one in there the first time and the second had a couple in front of me. Just crazy
