Reviews
This is the worst Meat Ball sub I have ever gotten..I ask for it toasted but it wasn’t but what made it so bad is the bread is burnt and it came waded up..The bread with the burnt smell and taste is on another level..Terrible isn’t the word
If i could leave less than one star I absolutely would.
I placed two orders through the app and had my mother pick them up. When she arrived she wasn’t greeted, was practically dismissed and only given one order. When she explained that there were multiple orders the employee got an even worse attitude, snatched the sandwiches from behind her and threw them down on the counter in front of my mother. The disrespect shown towards both my food and my mother was utterly appalling and I will be leaving a public review until this situation is rectified.
Update :
Shorty after writing this review and having ate my food I’ve gotten incredibly ill. Diarrhea and heavy vomiting so either the upset employee didn’t properly make my food, or intentionally put something in it.
I asked why as I was just getting the correct amount of meat on the sandwich and they told me that there were no substitutions allowed and they would have to charge me extra.
I told them that I would have been just fine with what was supposed to be on the sandwich but they were out of the correct ingredients and I really was not asking for anything extra.
The employee went to the manager and the manager said that they were correct in charging me more money for adding more of one ingredient to offset the fact they didn’t have the other. Was I just supposed be fine taking the sandwich with less than what was supposed to be on there because of their lack of inventory?
Not a money issue, it’s a principle issue.
Do better.. will go to Jimmy Johns or Tony’s next time.
