They push the app and then tell you that you can only redeem on online order , when the app says scan at the register , didn’t want to cause a big scene in front of my kid so I just paid . But it ducks as high as the prices are , you have the offers to to redeem they don’t let you use them. Then to make it worst we got two Italian herb and cheese foot longs with no herbs or flavor , just a few pieces of cheese. This used to be my favorite location in charleston

Literally just placed an order here and it was incorrectly made. Since the website is awful and you’re unable to add anything to the protein pockets, I used the special instructions to add additional toppings. I asked for no pickles on 1 protein pocket, I asked that onions be added to the protein pocket with no pickles and I asked for American cheese to be added to the both of them. Also, the cheese that came on the protein pockets I ordered was out of stock so rather than being able to choose a different cheese while placing the order, I also had to add that in the special instructions area. What I received were 2 protein pockets, both with no pickles, no onions and no cheese. They had so much honey mustard on them, we couldn’t eat them. I also ordered a protein bowl and nothing was cut up. I requested 5 packets of oil and 5 packets of vinegar. I received 4 packets of oil, no vinegar. You can clearly see the special instructions at the VERY TOP of the receipt. If no one is going to read it, why have that the option at all?

I go here fairly often, and lately the quality has taken a nose dive. It seems like they never have what you want. They only had shredded cheese my last visit, and ran out of it while making my sandwich. So I guess if you get a sandwich after 6pm, you just dont get cheese. If I want a sub par sandwich, I’d just make one myself. Not worth the money. Im gonna have to find a different location I guess. Oh, and the bread was undercooked somehow.

This was the sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever had! Despite me putting LESS mayo and mustard on my order. I literally had to eat it with napkins wrapped around it and btw..I did NOT get any napkins with my two sandwiches. Also my bread was so hard around the ends and fold that I couldn’t eat it. The oil was all over the paper the sandwich is wrapped in (which looked as if it was used and had burnt cheese stains ‍♀️ On it) and SO much oil had came through the wrapper and was all over the outside of the bag and my desk. ‍♀️ The service was good but the food preparation not so much, I’ll stick to bringing my lunch from now on!

I keep trying to give this Subway chance after chance and they never miss an opportunity to disappoint. Never again. This morning (January 10th, 8:45 am) my daughter and I go in to find one employee making sure each corner of the bags of chips is perfect, no one behind the corner, no one in the restaurant. The visible employee then yells for an unseen employee. 30 seconds go by. The visible employee stands there doing nothing and yells for an unseen employee two more times. 2 or 3 minutes after watching the visible employee watch for the invisible employee to appear while doing nothing, we just turned and left. This Subway obviously is not interested in selling sandwiches. Just SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY. The picture of the empty restaurant tells all.

I do not usually eat at subway but decided to stop at this location. The establishment was very dirty and there was an employee asleep at a booth. The curly haired girl at the register was doing everything on her own. Never returning to this establishment!

The lady could use additional customer service training; no customer wants to pay for below average food and on top of it being treated poorly. the gentleman provided us with much better service. As a regular Subway customer, I also found that the food quality here is not as good as at other Subway locations. Overall not satisfied.

The staff was generally pleasant, but I had an uncomfortable interaction with one girl when trying to purchase a side of avocado separately. While I understand that might not be an option, I was lectured on how to order in the future instead of simply being told it wasn’t possible. It felt unnecessary and made me feel like an annoyance. I just don’t think customer service is her strong suit.

The worst part? She was adamant about giving it to me anyways, despite me saying not to worry about it. But when I got home, nothing. I would have gone next door to get some had I of known.
