Absolutely the worst costumer ever from the lady working on 01/29! Will NOT ever return! Lettuce was brown & discolored, as well as other veggies, the lady made no effort to switch them out. Asked for more banana peppers because she only put 3 banana peppers on a FOOT LONG, the lady refused saying she gave me enough. Nothing about this place is Eat Fresh at all! LEFT MY SUB RIGHT THERE, hopefully she enjoys that slop. This place needs to be inspected by the health department.

Never again will I trust to order online. Got the turkey breast ordered it with extra turkey, regular cheese, extra all ingredients accept reg tomatoes. Extra vinegar and regular oil, add jalapeño reg. My extra meat was them using what they normally would but splitting it between top and bottom. No extra ingredients, most everything was soggy as hell got two slices of olives, barely any lettuce no tomato. Then I ordered a salad with everything. Extra onions and olives and pickles add cheese and not one friggin thing is on there except a few slices of cucumber, less than ten leaves of spinach and barley any lettuce. Ordered extra shredded in that too. Asked for all veggies and came out with barely what I did get and none of what I asked for l. They don’t mind grabbing your money, they don’t mind pandering for tips. But all hell breaks loose when you’re asking for the order to be done right, down for what you paid for and not looking like it was kicked through hell and back. Honesty who ever this subway owner is. Straight gross dude. They are a reflection of you and your standards

Every time I go here I am always shorted in my food. I got a tuna salad and the lady literally put about 5 pieces of spinach in the bowl. I asked for more. The salad did not fill even 1/3 of the bowl. I am done with this location. I’d rather travel to Daniel island and grab a salad. They are not stingy with their food.

Eat here if you’re in the mood to be harassed by a bunch of rude, inflexible, no deviating-bean counters with no customer service skills amongst the entire staff. Only positives: clean & well maintained facility. Just beware, there might be a surcharge for using their front door and walking on their floor. Definitely don’t try to ask for your kid’s meatballs in a cup. It cost us four dollars extra and an argument to get our meatballs put in a cup instead of straight on the bread. These cups must be lined with gold. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Go to Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s instead.

Friendly staff and delicious fresh food. I enjoy the variety of vegetables and meats that you are able to get for your meals. Love their homemade cookies too. Definitely would recommend this place to the family and friends.
