my husband drove to pick up 2 6” subs for us whenever he got back home i opened them up and they weren’t even close to being right. i wasn’t even gonna go back but this is the 3rd time this has happened, im also 3 months post partum and freshly pregnant again and wasn’t feeling the best at all this day. i went in and told the worker that i think she gave us the wrong order, she then proceeds to print our receipt and put it in my face even though the ticket and the order didn’t match whatsoever. so i told her that, then she offered to make me a new one and i said sure so i could actually see her make it. she had a gross attitude about it the whole time like it was my fault that she messed up 2 simple subs. not to mention, we were the only people in the store at the time. i then get down to where the veggies are and i see that they are all dried up and rotten the lettuce was BROWN and the onions looked flakey. everything else looked dried up and rotted as well. I used to work at a subway for 2 years so i know how veggies are supposed to be put up and covered at night, also switched out after a certain date to avoid this happening. i sure would really hope the meat isn’t treated this way because that will get someone sick and it’s absolutely disgusting. when i had something to say about that she then says im “too picky”. so im too picky for wanting the sandwich’s that i paid for and not wanting rotten veggies on my sub?? all i got was a turkey 6” sub with pickles lettuce and ranch then a 6” all american club which only had ham and turkey on it. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND THE FOOD IS OLD!!!! disgusting and so unprofessional. needs to be reported to someone higher up immediately.

Over an hour delivery. See the photo for presentation, food quality. Soggy, others were toasted now hard as rocks. Very disappointed in Subway.

Do not go to this subway I came thru drive thru I ordered a footlong cold cut an also a footlong garlic roast beef. We asked the lettuce taken off an the red onions we added tomato cucumber and pepper jack cheese and the sandwich should already have garlic aoili on it. Nope this sandwich is roast beef cucumbers the wrong cheese just plain white cheese an no sauce so it’s dry as hell. I called the store about the problem an I’m told oh well it wasn’t us tht was morning staff. I don’t live out in Woodruff I drove from Enoree I also pay $31 for mine and my husband’s sandwiches for them to b done wrong. So I’m not understanding why I can’t get my money back if u messed up the whole sandwich? This is bullshit

Living local to the area I have been here several times throughout the years. The staff is always warm welcoming when you walking. Lunch and dinner times it can be busy but they are usually staffed to handle the customer base for the area. Prices are pretty fair as far as fast food sandwiches go. I also appreciate the coupons in the mail and continue to use them as they come. Thanks Subway!

It’s a very mixed bag when it comes to service.. the sweetest worker ever may take your order, then “Rebecca from Malibu” (facetious made up name lol), who is too good for her job may be the one who brings you your food. Some of the rotten eggs are going to cause this location to lose business…

This is one of the worst Subway locations in the area! I eat at Subways two or three times a week. This location has some of the worst customer service by far. Most of the young people that work there are pretty friendly and agreeable, BUT there are several that have awful attitudes. If you frequent this location you are familiar with the two females that do. If that’s not bad enough went in today and they tried to skimp on the amount of meat they are putting on the sandwiches. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to the Subway in Ft. Inn where the staff is friendly and the sandwiches are made to specifications.

I want to say thank you for being kind. I had just went to a similar establishment nearby, and they were not, but I still paid for my wrong sandwich and left. That’s when I decided to go to Subway. The blonde girl that took my order was extremely nice, listened to what I ordered, and was busting her tail multitasking. All of the employees were nice to each other. I got exactly what I wanted and left in a better mood than the one I went in with.
I didn’t take my receipt, but I went in this evening around 7:15pm and ordered a 6″ grilled chicken sub to go. The girl that took my order had long blonde hair. She’s doing a great job and deserves a shout out!

Ordered subs online, went to pick up in store and have to listen to the employees bicker about whether or not my order was done. Received my order and they forgot the churro, but made one real quick.

Took the order back to eat and one of the subs was missing 3 toppings and had two toppings only on one side of the sub. The churro was extremely tough, dry, and overall unpleasant.

I would not go here again, in its current state. Might possibly try it in a year to see if it changes, but very doubtful.
