If I could I would give this a zero. Me and my 8 year old brother went in for dinner on Friday on 05/05/23 I told the person I had five (5) subs she rolled her eyes at me and throw down the bread. She asked with an attitude what’s first my brother tried to tell her she ignored him completely and rolled her eyes at him. So I had to place it for him. Next I went to go pay me bill it was a $62 order I pull two 50s from my wallet and the guy at the register said we no longer accept 50 dollar bills so I went across the street to brake a 50 thinking it was to much for them to give back in change. I go back over and told me with an attitude I already told you we can not take no 50s at all.went back to brake my other bill and I finally got my order .they had no sign anywhere about it or told me before placing my order. I went on Saturday 05/06/23 to fill a complaint the people behind the counter both days did not have no name tags on. I asked for the manger or corporate and they said they can’t do that. And the manger is about to leave so she might not show up anymore the people refuse to help me this subway just lost a customer.

It’s Subway. It’s Fast food. Currently Most of the employees, other than the long time ones, don’t care at all. The few times I’ve gone close to closing time on a Friday or Saturday have actually been exceptional and the employees were extra helpful and made my sub with care, despite me having interrupted their cleaning and shutting down.

This used to be one of the nicer Subways but lately the staff could care less about taking your order. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and when the lady finally came to take my order she was very rude and acted like she had no desire to be working or much less taking my order.

Bad experience in the drive through. Staff won’t open the window for orders. Speak into the microphone. Order was made clearly starting with 12 inch… Staff person asked is that a 6 inch? Answered no, 12 inch and asked that they read the whole order back. They refused! Really!

Honestly, worst subway I’ve been too. I worked for subway in the past. The girls in there do NOT wear hair nets/ have their hair up. They do not follow proper food safety. I have gone multiple times to ensure it wasn’t just one bad experience. I literally found a full size cricket in my drink. Ice machine is dirty. And the customer service is horrible.
