I truly did not think this Subway could get any worse. We went here for lunch today, and I don’t know what the hell happened while they were making our subs.
The subs were some how hot, warm, and ice cold? It’s like the top of my bread was extra toasty but none of the cheese had melted. My boyfriends sub was worse than mine. I got the meatball sub, so at least the meat was already warm, but he got a steak and cheese. His meat was ice cold, cheese not melted, bread both toasted and soggy(?), and the top was drenched in the sauce he asked for a little of.
To top it all off, he pulled a hair out of his mouth after biting into his sandwich. The guy who made his sub had long dark hair
Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place nvr answers the phone so I can make sure they have the regular bread in because the last few times they have always been out of it and most of the other types and from the other reviews it looks like that wasnt a bad thing id take the time to go a little further to the Hotspot one normally is better and I was charged 30$ for a meal here and then they cancelled because of the bread issue I still have received my 30$ back on my card but I have proof it was cancelled by your employee

Never going back to this Subway. The turned the toaster off at 6:00 (far from the time the close which is at 8:30) and we’re heating up the meats in the microwave, and often forgetting about them leaving it in there so it came out dry and extremely hot when the remembered. The didn’t even melt the cheese or heat up the bread. And then when I asked from ranch on my sub, she proceeded to drench my sub with vinegar and oil. And when toppings were falling off my sub, she was picking it up off the dirty board and putting them back on top. Not only that, the two women working seemed like the absolutely hated their job, I get you may not enjoy your job but that doesn’t mean have an attitude. Never going here again, save your money and go to a different one, because I have never had this experience at any other place. Now I’m scared I just may have gotten exposed to some sort of food poisoning.

This subway is not worth your money! Subway in general went down hill! Bread pasty! Little meat and low quality, veggies aren’t even fresh! Most of it is canned vegetables and the good stuff they barely give u any!!! Even if u say extra. They give u some processed meat on low quality bread and a ton of sauce for $12 . Its not even worth $5 just go to fire house subs around the corner ive had it twice and it was great. Let this business die out and maybe Jimmy jons or jersey Mike’s will open something here but this ain’t it!

The only thing that surprises me is how in the world do they have a 3.5 rating, well I suppose I’m also surprised they’re still in business. Not clean, Definitely NOT fresh, and WOW, could they take any longer to fix 2 sandwiches?

This location is by far the worst in the area. Every time I come in, the “kids” working could care less to give you good customer service. The little blonde working tonight seemed like I was bothering her. She seemed annoyed when I asked to scan my app. She couldn’t get the scanner to work and didn’t seem like she cared, so I just told her not to worry about it. They had boxes all over the floor by the register and lids and straw bags all over the drink station. I understand stocking is part of their job, but so
is customer service. Now that firehouse is in town, I really hope that they can get their place in order.
