At a certain point the ignorance has to be intentional. We’ve spent a stupid amount of money on extra meat that we NEVER receive. Ask and pay for extra and you get less, ask for less and you get a stupid amount extra, as if it’s just a funny game to the employees. Additionally, mangers should ALWAYS have authority to refund an order and to be told that one does not is just pathetic of upper management.

Asked for extra cheese, not too heavy on the pepperoni. Got like triple pepperoni(that was also chopped up?) and like 2 slices of cheese. I mean it just seems intentional after a certain point. You try to get a refund and they tell you they aren’t able too. Would recommend you to head to Jersey Mikes up the road, and spend a couple extra dollars. You can at least be assured quality of the food and a correct order.

Worst customer service ever, and when we caught them and brought the sandwich back lady named had Nae had an attitude about it no-apologetic whatsoever. Not sorry at all. as you can see in the picture of my receipt that I had all the Veggie and sauces on it but she didn’t put non. I guess I don’t need to say a lot. The pictures would say all.

Ordered in the Drive-thru where you tap on the screen to order and pay at the window. Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch with White American Cheese and Garlic Aioli Sauce. Everything was fresh and hot! Delicious and received the food fairly quickly as well! Great location and really friendly staff working.

I went through the drive through and I liked the screen where I could make my own order however when I got to the window the worker didnt greet me or anything and seemed very unenthused. He read me the total and as I got my card he motioned his fingers in circles to imply that I should hurry up. It took me all of 5 seconds to get my card. The whole interaction seemed a but rude and passive aggressive. The food was ok but they packed it really full of chicken, I wouldve liked a more even distribution of meat and vegetables, and they were very very stingy on the ranch. I dont think ill be returning any time soon.

I submitted an online order on 6/16/2020, at 4:38:40 pm. It appears that all four of our subs were put together by a 5 year old child that can’t read unless it’s in crayon. But if they were put together by an adult, I would recommend some EXTENSIVE training on “Presentation of Product”, “Customer Satisfaction” and “How to Accurately Read and Understand a Custom Order”. Before placing my order, I highly considered choosing Subway for a “One Night Per Week” meal for my family, due to the deals that Subway offers. But if Subway is going to continue to serve customers “Slop” like what was served to us tonight, I will not consider that an option any longer..These subs were really slapped together as quick and meaningless as possible. I wish that I could send pictures through this feedback system. If I knew for certain that someone wouldn’t spit in my food, I definitely would have taken them back to the Subway where they were ordered. Problems with the first Veggie Delight on my receipt are as follows: everything that was suppose to be (MORE) was actually (EXTREME LESS). Everything that was (NORMAL) was (WAY TOO MUCH). There was SOOOO MUCH sweet onion sauce that it was pooled into the wrapping paper and it made the bread soggy and undesirable. The Tuna Sub on the receipt had so much mayonnaise on it, that it was dripping from the wrapping paper and it was caked into the bread. The bread was covered in mayonnaise from front to back, top to bottom, inside and outside. This also made the bread soggy and undesirable. The second Veggie Delight on the receipt was the worst one. Everything was wrong with this one. It was the tiniest sub that I have ever seen in my life. This one upset me the most. It was so skinny. There was hardly a handful of total vegetables in this sub. It was so small that a toddler could have ate the whole thing and still asked for more. It would have been more full if it were “bread only”. The Spicy Italian Sub on the receipt was completely filled with olives, pickles and green peppers, as if we had requested (MORE) for those toppings. Please do something about these issues. Please don’t let stores build subs like any of these. I feel as if I am entitled to a refund of my $21.80 and/or 4 coupons for 4 footlong subs, since I did not receive what I paid for.

I don’t normally review chain fast food restaurants, however I ordered a turkey wrap from subway in boiling springs and while for the most part it was good, I bit down into a tomato that had the hard, white center and had to spit it out. Then after finishing my wrap, I noticed something in between the two papers it was wrapped in and realized it was a small amount of tuna salad which really turned my stomach! Yuck!

I recently stopped by the Subway in Boiling Springs for a quick lunch, and I have to say, the subs were pretty great! I ordered the Philly. The bread was soft even after it was heated, and I loved how fresh the veggies were. You can really taste the quality they use.
While I was there, I noticed one of the employees, a young man who seemed like he might be a college student. I think he told me he does track but he had great mannerism and made the experience very smooth. He was really friendly and helpful while I was deciding what to order, and I have to admit, he is very handsome, as well which made the experience a little more enjoyable!
Overall, I had a fantastic meal, and the service was great. If you’re in the area and craving a good sub, I definitely recommend checking out this Subway!
