Me and my family came here on our way back home. When we walked in we were greeted by two young ladies with the biggest smile and for us that was a plus we were having a bad day. Order taking was precise the atmosphere was great and the two employees worked hand in hand. We will be visiting here again.

I just came here today with my mother and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with an attitude by a lightskin girl with red-ish orange hair. My mom began ordering her food and she told the employee what type of bread she wanted it on and the employee rudely rolled her eyes and said “Okay?” in a disgusting tone. My mom then said to not worry about it and we began walking out and as we were walking out she was talking under her breath and said, “I don’t know what her problem was” (referring to my mom). Seriously, do better. Customer service here is terrible.

I came in to get a sandwich and asked for another one. Then the manager that works around 7 p.m. said what the hell. She was light brown with a ponytail. I said that is not how you talk to customers. Then she stated she was talking to the associate. But why would you joke in front of a customer and say what the hell and it wasn’t busy. So I don’t understand what the problem was. Then she even stated I don’t have to let her fix your sandwich. I never have experienced such poor service. I will never come back again and neither will my colleagues.
