10 out of 10! This subway never disappoints and is my go to for lunch. Ava and Vette are always super friendly and make an effort to remember us and our orders. The Vibes are always high and welcoming. I never leave without a laugh or a smile on my face. The sandwiches are always consistent and the restaurant is always clean. Best subway around!

Yvette is the best hands down. She always has such a positive attitude and always smiling. She makes you feel welcome time you walk through the door. She was training nyssir tonight and he was doing very well. Seems confident in what he is doing. He also had a smile and seems to be training well tonight. Ava also has a warm and welcoming spirit also. She always smiling when I come in subway. I always feel welcome when I come to the store.

I had to place a very last-minute catering order for an event, and Ms. Ava was the associate who stepped in to help. She was able to swiftly complete my order and did an exceptional job throughout the entire process—all with a smile on her face. The FNE family is incredibly grateful for her outstanding service!

We were promptly greeted by BOTH friendly staff members upon entering the restaurant. They were very patient and helpful with our order. The staff member who checked us out took time to explain their new fourth footlong free program to me and make sure I got credit from today’s purchase. Staff was so kind and welcoming and our food was excellent! Will visit again soon!

I visited this Subway today and had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. I was not greeted upon entering, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone.
I clearly stated that I wanted my sandwich toasted. When I had to repeat myself after the tuna was already on the bread, one employee appeared visibly irritated, and the employees exchanged looks that made me feel uncomfortable for simply clarifying my order.
When I requested bacon after the sandwich came out of the toaster, I was again met with attitude rather than professionalism. I should not feel hesitant to speak while placing a standard order.
Although the employee who completed the transaction did tell me to have a great day after her coworker stepped away, the lack of courtesy earlier in the interaction had already defined the experience.
Professional customer service should be consistent and not dependent on which employee is present at the counter.

My husband ordered us Subs for lunch through the app and let’s just say it wasn’t what was imagined.

Usually I don’t have terrible service here, sometimes the service is super friendly and fast, sometimes not so much. I’ve ordered for pick-up and always seem to get what I order – because I check to make sure it’s all there. But don’t order thru the app and have Doordash deliver. Multiple times now I’ve received only half my order and like again today, the driver tells me it’s Subway’s fault. But when I call to speak to someone, no one answers the phone. I cannot drive up to the restaurant, that’s why I ordered for delivery but if I can’t reach anyone, how am I supposed to get the other half of my order?! So frustrating. I am paying for a service and receiving half an order in return.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The opening manager or whoever she may be (she is light skinned with shortish brown hair and is about 5’6 or taller and has been there the last two mornings my partner and I had gone) purposely ruined my sandwich. I asked her for light lettuce and spinach with extra onions and she said we don’t do extra here. I’ve personally worked for subway and at this location (who still has the same manager that i worked under- and they would not allow this bad service) and know that that is a complete lie. Even if subway changed there policy and i had to pay extra for onions I wouldn’t have cared, but she literally would not let me. They also put barely anything on the sandwich. It was 9:30 am and my partner and I were the only ones there- there’s was literally no excuse to be so horrible. We said hello, good morning, how are you, thank you and were extremely nice the whole time yet not only were our sandwiches ruined (mine more then his because i asked for light sauce and she purposely doused it in sauce to make it inedible) but we were treated with silence and glares as we tried to be kind to her. My boyfriend and I are different races and have dealt with issues in the south in the past so I really hope that was not the issue…..but for some reason she ruined my sandwich alot more and was alot ruder to me. The best part is I was charged for extra cheese but for some reason couldn’t get extra onions-infact she purposely put light onions (5 little pieces i counted them) and would not let me get more. I had a 12 inch sandwhich. I asked for more toppings to where she continued to put as little as possible-except for the sauce of course.
I tried leaving a review on the sub way app but they don’t allow you to type more then 225 characters- so it’s literally impossible to explain the whole situation.
Our experience was so bad and our sandwiches so small (because she barely put anything on al the sandwiches, the only things that were correct were the amount of tomatoes and cucumbers on my partners sandwich).
It was pretty obvious she was blatantly lying to us so she wouldn’t have to prep more food later… but we were literally the only people inside and all of the toppings were filled to the brim. Also if we had ordered on the app we can still select extra or light. I was very upset and bit my tongue the whole time, my partner and I payed for our food and left because both of us can’t stand wasting food but we didn’t even want them anymore.
DO NOT GO HERE!! If you do, record your experience so you can get refunded later. I wish I recorded it for the owner.

First off, I came in and no one was at the front. Someone finally came out (3 mins later) after the oven timer went off, they had pizza cooking. There was no greeting, just a oh I’m sorry. The manager was leaving at that time so she was doing something with the register. The way she asked did I want cookies or chips was as if she was bothered. The girl never handed me my sandwich. I had to reach back to grab it. Then I asked, do I just grab my own cup because neither of them offered it to me and no one said thank you or anything. They were just rude.
The last time I came there it was later in the evening and the man who worked that night had a attitude.
I’m definitely done with this store at this location.

So we walk in to restaurant and there is no one behind the counter. Everyone is in the back of the store. After 1 minute out walks the most serious 17 year old i have ever met in my life. No hello or hi how are you doing . With this kid it was all business. What can i get you. So we order a chicken sandwich and he makes it , we pay, and he hands us the sandwich and a cup and goes about his business. Well when i first got my drink , the coke zero dispenser worked fine. When i went back to refill my cup the coke zero button was disabled. So i tell the kid about it and he says that it happened because we are all out. Doesnt offer a solution or even try to act like he was going to replace the coke zero in the machine. Just went about his business and left it at that. I jusy think that any business that deals with people should do a better job on training its employees on how to interact with people and do a better job of catering to its customers.
