1. Made an online order. The lady did not update the status to complete even after 20 mins. When i went to the shop, i saw my order was kept aside and the lady was on phone.

Ordered online and got there no sandwich was prepared and the line was out the door with only one person working. Called to cancel the order because I could not wait hence the reason I ordered online. The lady stated she was having a hard time hearing me then hung up. I called back and told her I wanted to cancel my online order she said I don’t know how to do that call subway. I thought that was I was doing. I put in a complaint online and never received a refund or a callback for the complaint. I found out that once you placed you order online there is no way to cancel it. So I learned to not order anything from Subway online. They need to have a button that states you will not be able to cancel this order once placed and no refunds.

Food was not correct even though listed through the mobile app. Plus it took over 30 minutes to make 3 6” subs and a salad with no line in store. Their fountain drinks were all nasty and they had no ice. The worst thing was an employee had entered from outside put his keys down and went straight to helping make food without washing his hands.

This place is horrible!!! The bread is stale and the workers talk over your food while making it! I placed an order online and got the confirmation that it was ready but when I got there I ended up waiting because they hadn’t even looked at the receipt! The drink machine is disgusting!! Mold on the soda spouts… dirty trays for the food and I wanna throw up just thinking about what the water that they soak the knives in must look like!! They need to close this place down!!!! I wish I took photos!!!

every time i go here i feel like i get less and less meat. today i noticed he took a scoop then shook almost half of it out. i looked it up. suppose to be a full scoop. they gotta be doubling their money bc u r only getting half the meat. so skimpy, u can go to ANY OTHER SUBWAY and get double the meat these guys give u. horrible ownership and business. not taking care of the customer at all. and, they are sooo slow. no sense of urgency at all. tired of spending my lunch break waiting on them. i’d rather drive another mile down the street. it’s quicker and they don’t cheat your serving of meats.
