We haven’t ate at any Subways in a few years, because we were displeased with them for numerous reasons. Since starting back a month ago, we have ordered online from this location numerous times. Customer service is always good, and our food has always been fresh , delicious, & made accurately.

honestly the ingredients are fine and the workers are friendly, but they almost reliably don’t get your mobile order correct. 3rd time they’ve forgotten cheese on my sub and even though i requested it be toasted hard it wasnt toasted at all. its near my job so its unfortunate, but if you want your actual sub go inside.

Staff is hostile towards Black people, i asked for extra cheese and it was a problem to get that on my chicken wrap. They treated me different for absolutely no reason. Ask yourself what subway have you been to where you cant get extra cheese. Never going there again and i urge other people to not support business who treat certain people differently for asking for something they are willing to pay for.

Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 8:15 p.m. I arrived to the store at 8:10 p.m., with a locked door and a sign taped to the door stating to “Please use drive through, after 9 p.m.” Not sure if there’s some new way of telling time now, or what, but I always thought that 8:10 p.m. came before 9 p.m. I then waited 10 minutes in line at the drive through, when I could have gone into the store and left within 60 seconds, as my sandwich was indeed ready for pickup by that time. I also chose to have it toasted. It was slightly warmed, when I got it. I’m sure things happen where they have to convert to drive through only, but if the sign says 9 p.m. and it isn’t 9 p.m. yet, the door should be unlocked.

I am so unhappy right now with Subway! I ordered ahead to save time but once I got there, I was stuck waiting in drive thru for 15 mins. I get to the window, they tell me they are out of pretzels and I asked to add a sandwich to my order and they said it was too late. Mind you it was 8:33p.m. and they closed at 9pm. After getting home, I opened the saddest looking meatball sandwich I’ve ever seen. Bread is crumbly and hard, sauce is M.I.A. and it’s cold! (Please see the video I have included) Subway, you have seen your share of yours and downs through the years, but this takes the cake. Not too mention, your employees could care less to be there. Subway? Is a No-way, Not today, smh

We go to this subway quite often since it’s close to the house. Never had any issues. This evening we went in and just wanted to give a shout to Camila. Her customer service was so amazing! She was bubbly and smiley and just over all kind spirited! Today’s employees are so often over worked and just so stressed out.. It’s refreshing to when you come across people her! Keep up the good work!

I ordered online, my card was charge for the special buy one get one free footlongs and they did not give me my food or money back. I called my credit card and it was charged. They only took my name and phone number if my order came up. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION in Emanuel Church Rd!

Ordered 2 subs-pitiful amount of protein and toppings! They were flat as a pancake. Ordered 4 cookies and they all were raw. Will not order from this location again. Definitely not $35 worth! Delivery guy was great!
