I ordered online, my card was charge for the special buy one get one free footlongs and they did not give me my food or money back. I called my credit card and it was charged. They only took my name and phone number if my order came up. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION in Emanuel Church Rd!

We enjoyed our sub but the service for the store in three fountains had a terrible service girl working. We walked in, she was sitting in the dining room alone on her phone. We ordered and she made subs, gave us cups. She went back to the dining room. The drink machines had NO ICE, she was aware and not only ignored is but also continued to play music videos loudly on her phone. Will not be back to this location.

I ordered ahead online. The order was ready for pickup through drive-thru. The order was accurate and fresh. The presentation wasn’t sloppy. Customer service was actually good, which is hit and miss at this location. Here’s a tip for if you go to eat there at night, get there well before 10 p.m. because they start cleaning before that time and may not be serving food at that time. I’ve witnessed some altercations between potential customers and the staff that closes, and it’s gotten pretty heated at times. Just be aware of that.

I used a mailer coupon for 3 footlongs for $17.99. Not sure if that is the reason why the subs were so awful or not. It’s obvious that the staff either can’t read or didn’t care to try to satisfy the customer. Not one customizable request was made to my order. I paid for certain upgrades, that is $4 given away. It’s truly sad when employees don’t care about customer service.

Just got a footlong steak and cheese with chips and large drink and was very disappointed with how stingy they were with the toppings. This is the thinnest, sorriest sandwich I’ve ever had. My Dr. Pepper tastes very weak, it is abundantly clear that they turned down the syrup in the drink machine. I guess this is what the sign on the door meant by “Refresh: We are making big changes”. $13 for all this tells me I won’t be coming back. I’ll just have to go to Jimmy John’s from now on where I can get a real sub for the same price if not cheaper.
