Yesterday, around 3:30 p.m. on September 10, 2025, I stopped at a Subway in Swansea, South Carolina, to get a sandwich. Unfortunately, one of the employees informed me that the new manager had decided not to accept any Subway coupons at their location. I had always assumed that Subway was a franchise restaurant that strictly adhered to its promotions and coupons, which are available to the public. However, it seems that this particular Subway restaurant and its owner are deviating from the franchise policies and procedures, which is disappointing. As a result, I will not be using this Subway restaurant, until they comply with the franchise’s policies and offer the same promotions that are available in all Subway restaurants.

Usually when I order online everything is correct but this time my order was all wrong and when I tried calling ofcourse no one answered. I order regularly and I just wanted my sub to be made the way it clearly states on the receipt that was taped to my bag. If it’s printed on the receipt there’s no reason why the subs made wrong. They just lost my business. Do better.

We went into the drive-through and ordered a footlong sub. I watched the young man make the sub. My problem wasn’t the food, it was the sandwich maker. The guy had longer hair than I have and it was hanging down over his face and over my sandwich. What happened to hair nets?

Ordered on the app. It said my order was ready but when I got there they hadn’t even started on it. There was a young guy with glasses making my food who was VERY rude. He said that they did not have the bread I ordered or any tune so I’m like ok cool and proceeded to look for something else on the menu. He immediately started rushing me saying did you hear me?? I said yes, I’m looking for something I can eat bc I’m pregnant and can’t eat lunch meat. He started spatting off the different items as if he was irritated so I said I’ll try the sweet onion chicken sub. He didn’t bother to toast it or anything & slathered it in onion sauce to the point where it was leaking ALL over the place every time I took a bite and all I could taste was onion sauce. He also prepared a cold cut foot long for my kids and when his co worker went to cut and wrap it for me the bread was so hard she could barely cut it in half. She was very nice and offered to change it out for fresh bread. She was even giving him the side eye for his terrible customer service. Such a terrible experience. I will not spend my money here EVER again!!!!!

This place sucks. They never have the products to fix a sub, because they are to lazy to bake bread and cut meat, instead they serve what they have prepped and leftover from day before. Don’t waste your time or money.
