After a long mountain bike ride decided we wanted a sub from here because it was very clean when we got gas here only to arrive and they have a sign up they are closed. The hours today were 9-10. Then to top it off in the gas station part they had NO PIZZA or anything hot to eat. Cashiers just standing there talking.

No employees were up front/at sandwich counter, register, etc. I called out hello, got no reply, then saw tw employees in a back room sitting on a low shelf or the floor with their backs to the front where they wouldn’t see customers, unless they turned to look. After waiting about 15 seconds, to see if they were checking over their shoulders, I said hello and asked if they were open. No embarrassment, no apology. Then the sandwich maker dropped a large chunk of my grilled chicken strips on the counter and didn’t replace it with a fresh piece. $8.71 is too much to not get all I paid for, plus lousy, unconcerned service. Come on Subway.

I ordered online, and I pacifically wrote what I wanted. They make subs all day long, so I don’t understand how you confused 12 inch and 6 inch subs. That was the first messed up, but I would’ve been okay if it wasn’t so dry. I just got off of work when I made my online order. I was tired and ready to get home,so I did not check the bag. I just grabbed the bag from the young man, said thank you and placed it in the passenger seat, and then went home. When I got home. I realized it didn’t have oil, vinegarette, mayo, nor the mustard I requested. and as clear as day, what I requested was on the receipt that was printed out and taped to the subway bag, so I didn’t see how it was not put on the sandwich. Not only that, I brought 3 chocolate chip cookies and when I got home. There was one chocolate chip cookie and 2 other flavors. The disappointment was beyond upsetting. I paid $21 for my entire order, and for it not to be right is a big disappointment.

Poor management! Went in there for a bmt and a Philly cheese steak. Dudes were very nice but it seems like they need better training. They were out of ham for the bmt my husband ordered. The one was under 17 so he couldn’t use the meat slicer. The other didn’t know how. They also forgot to toast my sandwich. From what I’ve been told these employees also only make 8 an hour which is kinda ludicrous when u consider other similar shops such as Jimmy johns and jersey Mike’s. The sumter owner is greedy and doesn’t train or treat his employees respectfully imo.

Order was simple, footlong meatball sub – meat, sauce, cheese only and footlong meatball same way add pepperoni. Drove away and noticed we got 1 footlong and 1 6 inch. Went back and got the other 6 inch. Returned home opened sandwich and had no cheese. Won’t go back to this location.

Very disappointed skimping on the sandwiches I got the new brisket sub and there isn’t even enough meat on it to cover the bread asked for olives and only got six olive slices when we asked why we only got six we were told the owner said that is how many to put on a footlong if subway is going to act like that I will no longer spend my money with them. Sub station would never do this so that is where I will be eating my subs at for now on.
