Customer service HORRIBLE! Both workers looked like they didn’t want to be there. When I walked in the lady with the red wrap on her head walked out the back and came back thru the front twice and got straight on the line and definitely didn’t wash her hands. For my sub I requested a cold cut with no salami and they refused to make it at my request. Even tho I’ve been to this location twice or three times a week because I live right behind it. I get my sub the same way every time no matter where I’m at. Get new workers that actually want to work and not just come for a check.

Don’t even deserve ONE star. Whoever works evening shift doesn’t deserve to make subs. This is the 3rd time i did a online order where my sub was not made the way i wanted it. It’s the same person making my sub everytime and messes up everytime. I asked for extra toppings and she only added like 5 on each half. How is that considered extra? Mind you it’s the same mistake everytime. Just STUPID. She needs to be fired ASAP. If i had a name i would put it for people to avoid her. Trifling. Bring back the old employees.

I usually go into the store to order but I decided to try delivery this time…HUGE mistake. Apparently I have to stand over them to make sure that it’s done correctly. Looked like they just put the entire bag in the toaster and burnt everything. The sub was very messy, and the cookies were half baked. Half of my sub was folded in. They’ll definitely be refunding me for this.

I submitted the original review months ago. I was annoyed because of a few online orders. I revisited both night and day shift recently.
In general, I would advise AGAINST ordering online. Otherwise, you may wait a long time for the sandwich whether it’s ready or not depending on who is working. Partly because of limited staff but also because tempers differ from person to person. Some staff may wait until you arrive before making your order (which isn’t so bad), but can affect work if you’re on lunch break. If premade, the toppings will probably be skimpy but most importantly, the dressings may be wrong or worse, mixed with something else. So, just wait when it pertains to this location. I suspect online orders aren’t received well. Personally, I don’t tip for small orders (less than 2 sandwiches) so that could be why. When I have tipped in advance, it didn’t help.

I was just in store 16180-0 and was told that despite me having a coupon in subway served by 65798 that I was unable to redeem my coupon because the scanner didn’t work that had been working right before I arrived and was charged $8.01 for a 6 inch, I then asked the young lady for napkins and was refused. Then went to the register because subway couldn’t take $100 cash and asked Cameron if he could cash the $100 and he then asked Heather who expressed that he could cash the $100 but it was solely up to him. He then said that he didn’t want to cash it for whatever reason. He then made a call and expressed that he was told to contact his family member in hopes to instill fear in me. My experience was absolutely repulsive and unprofessional despite all the money I’ve spent in this establishment. Everyone seemed a bit disgruntled despite having the physical abilities to work, while many of Americans are unable to sustain gainful employment and food for their families. Misery loves company and the devil is obviously busy but God isn’t dead. Im going to pray that these individuals find God. Jesus take the wheel.

I had an online order for a pizza and some cookies. 1. I wanted spinach on my pizza and they was out of spinach… HOW SWAY?!?! 2. I stated in the comment that I wanted my pizza extra cheese and extra toasted. My pizza was half cold and soggy. They just threw the crunch on there and call it a day. But let’s get to REAL PROBLEM. I order 2 Raspberry cheesecake cookies and 2 White nuts macadamia nuts cookies. I open my cookie bag and they gave me 4 CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!! I don’t even like chocolate chip Come on mane. Y’all better be glad I got the munchies. DO BETTER‼️

I gave them 3 stars. Because all tho the sandwiches where being made fast and friendly. I notice the girl that was running the cash regester. Never changed her gloves when she went to help the other girl with sandwiches. So the only thing her gloves was protecting was her. Cause she was collecting money with the same gloves.

There was one woman working there late at night and all her other coworkers never came in because they were too busy partying. She was one of the hardest working women I’ve ever met to be able to run the counter by herself. She was amazing and kind.
