Very very awful. Left my box of cookies that I just paid on the counter realized I didn’t have them within an hour came back and they refused to give me five cookies. This is ridiculous I paid for them and should have gotten my product. This location will never receive my business again. And should not receive yours either.

Customers should be aware that the App-designated tips for the server-preparer at multiple locations in different states (!!!!) go to the owner and not the food preparer!! This is not what the app says when you tip the server. Isn’t this illegal? Tip only in cash at all locations. Owners should be ashamed!! And Subway should be fined for false advertising if they don’t correct this egregious problem. I will follow up!

I visited this establishment located inside of Walmart on Two Notch Rd, Columbia SC and it wasn’t my best experience. The server didn’t give me the bread I asked for when prepping my “The Beast” sub. After constantly asking him for the type of bread I preferred, he insisted he was preparing my sub on the correct bun. Finally after sternly telling him and pointing at the Italian bread with herbs, he laughs and switched the meats onto the correct bun after he had fully prepared my sandwich. In addition, I asked for oil and oregano condiments to be added, only to get home to find out that wasn’t applied to my footlong sub as instructed. My sub was dry and this was a very disappointing lunch break trip.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Walked in and the workers were arguing with each other. Getting louder by the minute. My kids and I were appalled. Arguing went to elbowing one another. Very unprofessional. Also, with them arguing with no mask on their faces (I can imagine what was flying out of their mouth). I will NOT be returning to this location.

Got the wrong order. I ordered turkey, I got ham. I explained that I could not get back there that day. I went in the next day. The owner refused to give me the correct sandwich since I’m a frequent customer. He said no and tapped the tip jar after he rang me up. Some nerve..well here’s a tip…get better customer service.
