When I got here around 12:30. There were 3 people in line and when the guy got my order I asked for black olives. He responded in a rude manner and said he had to go back and look and he wouldn’t go back and get them. I understand that in this climate under staff is an issue and I didn’t make a big deal of it but I think he should have gone back to get the olives because someone else might have wanted them too.

I had the worst experience here! First of all the atmosphere is terrible. The service even worse. The manager there is unkempt and unsanitary with herself and the restaurant. She mistreats her workers and her customers. They never change gloves or wash their hands. And the manager Jeff on the pilot side never does any work and is also a rude person.

We go here often and its(was) my favorite subway in the area. Tonight’s visit was an exception. There were 3 new people I had never seen there before. As I stepped up the guy behind the glass (we later found out his name was Jerry) just stared at me and didn’t say a word. No greeting or what can I get you just a very awkward uncomfortable stare. As me and my family ordered he was very annoyed with each selection we made. My husband asked me what cheese my son usually gets and I told him it varies and rude Jerry just threw his hands up in the air and rolled his eyes before I could even finish my sentence. He also kept smashing down the bread over and over again when putting the meat and cheese on and even after he just kept smashing it down. I also witnessed him removing slices of meat off of the sandwich of the gentleman ahead of us because he wasn’t telling him what kind of cheese he wanted fast enough as he had his head turned toward his friend and wasn’t watching. Then the young lady at the register kept rushing me to pay even though we hadn’t finished our order. She tried to make me pay for the 2 sandwiches being made before we had a chance to say what else we wanted. Then she asked me what we were planning on ordering so she could ring it up. I dont understand the impatience as it was not busy and there was no one waiting behind us to order. The other lady that was working, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, was very nice and I wish it was just her working. The other two made me not want to go back there again. Subway needs to make their employees take a customer service course or something. You don’t have to be everyone’s best friend but you don’t have to be a jerk either. It will be a while before I come back to this one as we have a few options to choose from. The regular workers were not there tonight they are usually amazing.

Guy working didn’t have a name tag. Was only me and one lady in front of me but the lady in front of me ordered four subs. His sense of urgency was great. I wanted to tell him there was no rush. Very thorough making my sub double checking for accuracy. No complaints tonight.

My husband and I came in about 10:05 to a long line of folks trying to order and only Dakota was working the counter very patiently! I made the comment she worked great under pressure and she said there is one other guy there but he isn’t making sandwiches yet. He showed up at 10:18, cussing up a storm in front of customers Baxter she walked in the back to look for him!! He was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE WITH WORDS to Dakota. One guy walked out, so Subway lost business to him being rude. Dakota just kept being very polite, very calm much better than most would have been!!! I hope his attitude is addressed or Dakota finds a place to work that appreciates her! Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I have never written a Google review before but these employees deserved it. Both employees were polite and attentive. I have not had service this good anywhere in a long time. Service was on March 2 around 3 or 4pm.

While ordering the girl was rushing me and I told her I wanted my cheese and bread toasted and she proceeded to put the tuna on first, she kept rolling her eyes, she wouldn’t even let me speak I was going to say extra cheese but she was already almost by the cashier… I’m not the type to leave bad reviews ever but damn this girl was horrible. Worst experience ever
