Placed online order at 8:50pm as the store front, online, and Apple Maps says the store closes at 9:30pm. Placed my order, says it will be ready at 9:15. I arrive at 9:08, to find the store dark, front door locked and no one around. I was still charged for my order and have reached out to Subway customer support for a refund. Will never return or order from this location again.

Walk up to the counter to order:
– Young man: What do you want?
– Me: How are you today?
– Young man: I’m about to leave and close. We close at 8pm. (Online and door says 9:30pm)

A bunch of veggies thrown on a TORTILLA with splattered with Tomato paste.
My kid can make a pizza better than this.

Ordered catering online for our baseball team. Super easy. The store called to confirm the order and even asked if we needed modifications. Our order was ready on time, packaged nicely, labeled and they even carried it to my car! Excellent experience- thank you!!

This is now the third time my daughter’s kids meal is missing everything but the sandwich. I can tolerate mistakes, but my 4-year-old’s look of extreme disappointment and sadness has put a fury in me.
To the owner of this location: You should probably make sure your staff actually know how to read first before wasting the rubber gloves (or lack thereof) on their hands.
For folks in Chapin, try the location at 1419 Chapin Rd. The owners typically are on site and provide exceptional service themselves!

I took my Grandmother by here because she wanted subway. There were two younger employees here, neither of them offered any help to my Grandmother while she was taking her order. In fact, one of the employees walked into the back at a certain point and left the other out front. When my Grandmother couldn’t figure out which cheese she wanted it was up to me apparently to help her out. When I mentioned Subway also has Swiss Cheese the employee out front muttered under his breath, “We’ve literally never had Swiss cheese here.” Well the Jokes on you, we’ve been to this location before and in fact they did have Swiss cheese. These two employees acted like they didn’t want to be there at all, and definitely didn’t want to help anyone that day. I don’t think I’ve ever had to help someone at a Subway figure out what cheese they can get on their sandwich before instead of the Employee being the one doing that. Clearly something was going on here, as me and My Grandmother were just stopping by to grab two sandwiches. I dont know, do better Subway I guess? I wasn’t aware it was classy to be rude to your customers for no reason at all. Take that bad attitude away please.

Not a customer when I walked in. The store was messy and in disarray. The woman working here was sitting in a booth with a broom as if she was supposed to be cleaning the dirty floors. Most of the chips were out of stock as well as some sandwich items. When I got to the counter, I had to wait for the woman to take my order. She had a very unpleasant attitude and wouldn’t take out her airpods while talking to me. She put so much Chipotle southwest sauce on my sandwich, I could barely taste the jalepeno inside. When sitting down inside, none of the tables were clean. They all were either covered in crumbs, sticky, or both. Another customer came in after me and complained to the staff about the condition of the store. The woman working here just left into the back and I watched her walk around aimlessly while in her phone. The man working here reluctantly cleaned their table, but the customer claimed it was still dirty. The other customer also complained about the dirty conditions of the bathroom, but I didn’t use them during my visit.
