The nice young guy who made my sandwich was awesome! that manager was not, an older fella came in and he’d misplaced his glasses and asked her if she’d seen them and if she could check in the back to see if someone had picked them up and she proceeded to stare at him and say “why would they be back there..” very rudely and the whole time he was standing there waiting for her to respond she was staring at the floor or her phone waiting for him to leave. i looked around for his glasses as well before i left as well, she may not have been rude to me directly but she had no manners and was very sarcastic, ive never had any issues at the location aside from seeing attitude from management.

I picked up my sandwich and when I opened it up there was hardly anything on the bread. It looked like it was thrown together. I’ve never had a sandwich this slim. I won’t order from this restaurant again. I will make my own sandwiches from now on.

Avoid this subway unless you feel like getting ripped off. Mediocre subs they give Subway a bad name. Kids management don’t care what they give you they don’t care if they short you they don’t care if they even make the sub right three separate times in the past month every time I order it it’s always wrong if you feel like being ripped off for your hard-earned money then feel free to make a mobile order and pick it up and enjoy the disappointment. You shouldn’t have to sit there and watch them make it just to make sure it’s right whatever happened to integrity in this world just sad and pathetic.

I ordered on Uber eats and they got my order wrong I spent $18 on that so Uber eats refunded me through there at $15 I ended up reordering and instead of giving me my foot long that was giving a 6 in and it didn’t even have the turkey on it! They gave me a veggie sub so my sister-in-law went in for me to ask them about it to see if I could get it remade because it was twice I just wasted $33 on sandwiches I can’t even eat because the first one was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t and I’m pregnant I can’t eat cold deli meat. When she went in and tried asking about it all the person did was not even try to help with anything was rude to her about the food saying that I just took off the meat called me a liar basically pulled up my order on his screen then turn around and said oh I can’t do anything about it so she asked what do you mean and he said she probably didn’t even put it to this location even though he just pulled it up on the screen and wasn’t even helpful. Me as a person who has worked in the fast food business for 4 years including subway that was horrible customer service it was rude and not ok. Respectfully they need to do better. I even called them and they hung up on me. Just rude.

Never using the subway again every time I do an order for pickup my sub is always wrong it’s always messed up it’s always missing things and what happens every time I feel like I shouldn’t have to go in there and watch them make the sub just to make sure that they make it right I’m paying extra for things I’m not getting and it happens every time just avoid this subway altogether unless you like being ripped off

Ok so I want to make this clear. This is not on the people that served the subs. I am very sure they are told to do it this way and/or the premade amount that is served.
Service was great but Subway has now become the Taco Bell of subs. It’s half the meat or main course on the sub and it’s nowhere close to what it used to be. My family moved here recently and found Firehouse and we love it. I was a huge fan of subways Tuna and steak subs. Also loved the cold cut sub as well.
All are basically a sliver of what we used to get.
If you had no ingredients, it would literally look like the sauce in size.
I was blown away at the lack of meat/main they now give you on your sandwiches.
I can only compare them to Taco Bell with the raise in price and less food. I was the dummy that talked everyone into going there and not back to the other two (jersey mikes and firehouse)
The service was great as my review will state, but all of the rumors and reviews are true.
Less food for more money is exactly the truth with Subway. It’s not just one place. I hope more people complain about the amount in which you receive but only at a higher rate.
Happy about the service but extremely disappointed at the amount you get.

Hours say they close at 9:30 and the doors were locked and closed at 9…the workers just looked at us and kept shutting down. Disappointing

I bought a teriyaki chicken sandwich at this location. When I went home and open the sandwich the source was dripping all over and the bread was soaked. I went back and asked for refund , the guy talked to manager and told me no refund because I was on the store watching him making the sandwich it was my fault to not tell immediately. I gave the sandwich back and bought CAVA at this location . I am going to stick to CAVA. This place sucks in customer service. I will not recommend this place.
