My order# 6FE3B294-89 was terrible. The lettuce on my sandwich and my wife’s salad was turning brown and slimey. The tomatoes were like mush, no quality control in place at all. We will not be ordering any food from that resturant ever again. I don’t now who the manager or owner is, but they don’t care about their customers at all!

Edit here I am order was supposed to be delivered at 7:19pm 7-26-25 and the dasher number doesn’t work and nobody in the Elgin Sc store will answer the phone placed order at 7pm so I probably won’t get it but will be out another 40$. This is crazy.
If you’re online is the act of Congress to try and dispute not receiving everything I don’t really think it’s this locations exact problem but I think Subway in general makes it so hard so you can’t get a refund for what was not put in your delivery and this is ridiculous even on the track There’s 500 different questions but it won’t let you explain nothing from the get-go so be careful

Went to Subway this morning and was greeted by a very nice young lady. She made me a protein bowl which she prepared and it was delicious. Definitely 5 stars to the young lady. We need more people like her. Saturday June 1 at 10:30am.

Service was great from the ONE person that was working up front trying to get orders in and out by themself. I give the person five stars but the store needs to do better. How are you going to have one person working by themselves with a long line of customers.

I literally just found this in my sandwich when I bit into it and CHOKED!!!!! I’m calling them and have been for 10 minutes and they refuse to answer the phone! I’ve contacted corporate and I’m contacting my lawyer in the morning! I ALMOST DIED!

The cashier (Sydney) at the drive thru window needs to be awarded employee of the month preferably employee of the year for how courteous, polite, and the professionalism she displays on a daily basis. Need more workers like Sydney !!!

Went in today to order a sub,
Waited approximately 15 mins, no problem, wasn’t in a hurry.
When the lady behind the counter started to take my order, she had a very nasty attitude. So I decided that is was not worth it and left.
After this experience, I will never do business with subway in Elgin again.

I was at the one in Elgin today. It was between 4 and 4:30. I went through the drive through. I waited 15mins NO ONE came to the window I knocked on the window several times No one came there were people who came in while I was waiting and got waited on. So I parked my car and went inside. I waited until she finished with the customer. I told her that I was waiting 15mins at the window she told me how busy she was. I said that all she had to do was to acknowledge me and let me know. She kept saying she was busy. She even asked them customer that was there to let me know that she was busy. The customer “said both of you are right yes you were busy but you could’ve acknowledge her.” She just looked at me. I told her that if she would’ve let me know I would’ve came in to get my order. I drove from Columbia downtown from work to get a sub. I passed so many other places and was so disappointed in my own hometown Subway. Next time I will stop at a sub places in Columbia or somewhere else to eat.
