Clean, fast and friendly. Service from this mother/daughter team was outstanding. Arrived at closing time and these two ladies whipped up my order in no time. Great conversation and a lot of laughs. The employee here Sherika coughed in her hand when checking me out ! And reached her hand out for money I asked her could she wash her hands or put sanitizer on! She gave me a mean look and told me to put my money on the counter and pointed at the counter! wouldn’t eat from here unless you like germs.

I order online 3 footlongs online as they was supposed to be $6.99 apiece if ordered online, lies, one was $6.99 beast, $12.49 beast and tuna $9.29. Then I was specific about what was to be on each sandwich. No onions as I have onion allergy and my dad and brother hate onions. Each sandwich was to be cut in 4. Nope cut in 2. My sandwich was wrong, I asked for pepper jack cheese, got white American which I don’t like, ask for pickles got none, ask for oil n vinegar, nope, oregano not there. So while I love this Subway, I won’t order online again.

On Monday of this week I would have given Subway 5 stars, but today is only a 2 star day. I ordered 3 subs (one foot long and two 6 inch subs) online so there is a print out of what each sub should have on it. ALL 3 SUBS WERE WRONG! The banana peppers, onions and oil & vinegar that were suppose to be on the foot long were on one of the 6 inch subs. The pickles that were suppose to be on the one of the 6 inch subs were on all 3 of the subs. One sub was suppose to have only ham, cheese and pickles and it had ham, cheese, pickles lettuce, oregano and onion. I don’t know what happened to the staff in the days between Monday and Thursday, but the Thursday staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Subway always consistent. Got the club on wheat. Only drawback from this location was the line. You had to stand about 5 feet back from the glass so we were unable to view the ingredients. The employee said COVID was still going on. No, fear in people’s mind is still going on. Please consider your customers.

Without any advance notice, our cheer squad and men Basketball team were able to get in and out within 30 minutes. Excellent service and great employees. We stop here every year we come in town.

This evening, I experience poor customer service. This SubWay is usually pretty decent with customer service. The young lady appeared to get upset when asked that she change her gloves after assisting another customer with an order and checking out on cash register with the same gloves on. The worker did’ change gloves frowning as completing order with an unpleasant attitude towards me. After ringing me up shove sandwiches & receipt & walk off. This unacceptable & definitely not good for business..The customer behind me said this is normal…What happened to SubWay..
