Upon entering Subway to purchase a sandwich using the coupons I received in the mail, I encountered an issue with the management. They refused to accept my coupon due to the discounts offered by the Subway franchise to the public. This situation is concerning, as prices in the United States are already high, particularly for food, groceries, and other essential items. Furthermore, the management refused to honor coupons sent through the mail by the Subway franchise. It is imperative that this management reevaluates the Subway’s business practices and ensures that coupons are honored to the public. If this policy does not change, I would not be eating at this Subway ever again.

I was impressed when I walked in at how clean it looked inside. The lady who made our subs was nice enough. I’ve read a few reviews saying she’s very confrontational, and I can see that. The toppings looked beautiful and were organized beautifully as well, but they are EXTREMELY stingy with the toppings.

I see the same two people each time I go and they are always very nice. My sandwich is always really good with plenty of toppings. Everything always tastes fresh, including the cookies and the tea. The furniture appears updated and clean so I like to dine in when I go.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I walked in to use the restroom first, fully intending to order food right after while my Tesla was charging. As soon as I came out, the staff shouted at me that the bathroom was “only for paying customers.” The tone was rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.

At that point, I had zero interest in giving them my money. Customer service matters, and this was the opposite of that. I’ve never been treated this way in a Subway or any restaurant before.

Definitely do not recommend. Plenty of other places that understand basic respect.

Chakru was very mean and very confrontational! The men here was very nice but made me feel so judged. I would not recommend this subway . They will you tell you how to fix your sub . The attitude was just uncalled for and horrible .

I get a subway salad atleast once a week depending on where I’m at in town depends on the subway I stop at. I never really looked down on the salad making craftsmanship of other stores until I got a salad from this one. I felt as if I ordered a salad at High end restaurant the care that was put into crafting this masterpiece. Very minimal dressing wasted on the lid.. (which I’ve never seen) the vegetables where cut up to perfection. Top of the line service, attitudes, & atmosphere. 10 out of 10 recommended!!!!

We were on our way to Disney and stopped here to eat while we charged our Tesla. I was shocked. Their entire place was absolutely clean. I have never seen a subway bathroom this clean. The food was awesome.

DO NOT GO HERE. Plenty of other reviews with the same issue as my order. How they have 4 stars is beyond me. Ordered 2 subs, both had hardly any toppings literally just bread. Ended up throwing away my honey mustard bbq sub because there was legitimately no chicken at all. Just barely any veggies covered in bbq sauce. Would’ve gone back for a refund but the cashier didn’t hardly speak English at all so I can already see how that would’ve gone. More trouble than it’s worth.
