We stopped at this Subway for dinner. We ordered a Cheesy Garlic Streak Footlong Sub for $12.19. We made it a Fresh Value Meal, adding a bottled drink and two cookies, for an additional $3.59. The total cost with tax was 16.88. They also gave me a cup for water. We enjoyed our meal in their dining room. The folks working were welcoming.

Normally I love subway and they do a great job when I order from there. However, this time the food was horrible and I was very disappointed. 2 of 3 subs were made incorrectly, and one was even just slopped together. How hard is it to read a receipt and make a sandwich? Whoever made my order clearly didn’t read my order correctly nor did they care to make it professionally. Super disappointed and most likely will not order from here again.

Was craving a sub and this location is on my way to work. Their website says they are open until 10 pm and when I got there at 8:30 they were closed even with the door info saying they closed at 9pm. So good luck, maybe they will be open.

Confirmed with employee that the sandwich I was getting would work with a coupon. They said it would, then when I got to the register to pay, the other employee said it wouldn’t so I had to pay full price after already being told I would get a discount.
It would be nice if I was not mislead and forced to pay full price, only reason I went here was for the coupon and I will not be going back.

Placed an online order at the wrong location and tried to cancel immediately, but the store didn’t answer the phone despite me calling for over an hour. When someone finally picked up, they said they couldn’t help and told me to contact Subway Support. Support has still not resolved the issue or responded to my follow-ups, and I never received a refund for food I didn’t get. Really disappointing experience.

While in the middle of paying she walks away to text someone and i had to wait 3 minutes while she texted. When I got her attention she was upset I interrupted. I get my food drink and chips and take a seat just to find she ripped my 6in sandwich in half whinge rolling it up. Not a bad restraunt just a poor attitude

I did not get my chips that I ordered. When I called subway, they were very rude and unhelpful. They told me to refund through DoorDash but I ordered it from their store and they didn’t put everything I paid for with my sandwich. Not nice people and horrible service. Won’t order from the again.

I go to this Subway on many Sundays to get sandwiches for my elderly mother and kids. They have a super-friendly staff and they are always very helpful. This location is clean and always has good service. It is the cleanest, most consistent, and best of all the Subways in the Asheville area.
